I have corporate insurance and raised a partial reimbursement claim, but the process has been extremely frustrating. The insurer kept asking for the same documents/details multiple times, and Plum’s support is very slow almost a day for every email reply. There’s no call support for reimbursement issues either; the call option is only for cashless claims. Interestingly, if you enquire about their other offerings, you suddenly get sales calls. 😅 Seems like Plum is available when it comes to selling, but not when it comes to supporting existing customers. **Developer response:** We’re really sorry to hear about your experience with the reimbursement process. The support team even not reading your mail and concern. They don’t have the knowledge about basic claim processing even don’t know the difference between Maternity Package and Baby treatment during hospitalisation according to them this both come under Metarnity Package. Ankit Mathur, Vrindha, Saheli and Spoorthi took over my case , gave timely updates on WA and helped expedite the entire process which reduced the otherwise prolonged discharge time to a bare minimum. Only status I see right through is ‘request received’. On top of it constantly changing customer representatives give horrible experience to customers relying on them. Your buddy program is a joke, After 5 days of raising claim the buddy never bothered to give a call. You are a good for nothing company. You just made the already broken insurance industry more problematic by adding another layer on top if TPA . People don’t need you , TPA’s are efficient enough to handle things . Just go and shut off your business , don’t make life of people more problematic who are already suffering from illness . Not sure which one is mote pathetic, it has been multiple days i am following up for submitting the reimbursement on the app. The app shows error all the time which has been raised by me multiple times but these plum people have zero knowledge or zero idea why their app is not letting me submit the reimbursement claim. It seems these people are deliberately wants a customer to suffer and customer himself give up and they can save themselves from paying claim. Such a fraud.
