## What is Plumami?

Plumami tracks your calories and macros from what you tell it.

Type "two slices of buttered toast and a latte", say it out loud on the go, or snap your plate: Plumami understands, weighs and logs each food in your day. Correct it the same way ("actually it was 150 g") and everything updates.

YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE
• What's left today in calories, protein, carbs, fat and fiber
• Each meal with its total, each food with its quantity
• Your week and your average, to see the trend rather than one day

BUILT TO LAST
• Your habits come back in one tap: the morning coffee, the evening yogurt
• Quantities come from public reference databases (CIQUAL, USDA), not a random guess
• A no-numbers mode, to follow your eating without counting

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
• Hosted in France, never sold
• Export all your data and delete your account in a few taps, in the app

PLANS
• Free: logging, the day board, your week and exports, with 3 analyses and 5 minutes of dictation per day
• Standard: up to 60 analyses, 40 photos and 30 minutes of dictation per day, with a 7-day free trial

SUBSCRIPTION AND TERMS
Standard renews automatically, monthly or yearly, unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment and cancellation are handled by your Apple Account, in your iPhone settings.
