## What is Plumb?

Plumb is a posture coach that works with AirPods. It uses the motion sensors built into compatible AirPods to measure your head angle while you work, study, read or game, and gives you a gentle cue when your head has drifted forward for too long. Quick glances at the keyboard never count.

HOW IT WORKS
• Put in your AirPods and calibrate in five seconds: sit the way you want to sit.
• Plumb tracks how far your head leans from that reference.
• If you stay forward too long, you hear a soft cue. Sit up and you're back on track.
• Track your daily posture score, streaks and progress over time.

BUILT TO BE RELIABLE
• Smart timing so brief glances never trigger a false alert
• Pauses automatically when you walk, move around or take an earbud out

MODES
Desk, Reading, Gaming and Walking, each with its own calibration and sensitivity.

FOCUS TIMER
Combine posture tracking with focus sessions and breaks, and follow a two-minute stretch routine when it's time to move.

LOCK SCREEN AND WIDGETS
Follow your posture from the Lock Screen with a Live Activity, and start, pause or end a session from a widget.

PLUMB PRO
Unlimited sessions, iPhone haptic and notification cues, custom sensitivity, all modes, full history and charts, the complete stretch library and the Today and Streak Home Screen widgets. Plumb is free to try: 30 tracked minutes a day, plus one optional short ad for 15 more minutes.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your motion data stays on your device. No account, no tracking.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings.
