Totally useless. Who's going to know the ID of 3" copper tubing so the app can figure out the weight per foot? It depends on the tubing type...bottom line why calculate this when this info is readily available. How about instead ask me for tubing size, tubing type (DWV, K, L, M, ACR/MED) and the length to calc weight per ft dry and wet. I'm a first year plumber and the only thing I found useful was the temperature conversions you can find anywhere. Nothing on the properties of gas, densities, relative densities I couldn't even find anything on grades. You think for 4$ they could at least at the properties of gas sheet since most plumbers do gas fitting.
