It just errors out. They will not provide any support because I have been a customer for a very long time and they decided to dump all of the people that made them who they are when they switched business models. So now I am stuck with shiny plastic paper weights that used to be useful as mesh routers. Avoid at all cost and I am truly sorry if you are already stuck with them. Someone recently showed me it’s been upgraded. But when I login it puts into setup mode with no way to get out of it. What kind of junk is this. It’s not like my phone doesn’t take regular updates, but this app doesn’t update?? Technology blows anymore, all the freaking security, it’s gotten so frustrating that I don’t care to use it! ISP assured me that was all that I needed to do. Nothing she walked me through worked. My iPhone was toggling in and out of connectivity. In an act of desperation, I turned off power completely to my router and fiber access point. After a minute or so, turned it back on and all of the problems that I had been having went away. Was able to connect new device, phone stayed online, everything evil became wonderful. Changed ioT back to 5.0mhz and new device still in on network. All it took was cold boot. That was my case. The Boost technology implemented with the recent Plume application redesign has given me an excellent experience. TV streaming used to experience buffering fairly regularly.
