Plume v3 is online! Plume is a free Light menubar app for taking Notes. I've been looking for a long time for a simple popup app in the menubar to get a little notepad. I found different solutions like Tyke for example which is really nice, but a little too simple for the job and it has a too small writing area. I also found other nice solutions but the apps were always no free and too complex for the need. I couldn't find anything I liked, so I took advantage of the confinement to make this app! This app was the missing piece. I love that I can just shortcut my way thru the 5 pages of notes and that it HOVERS over my desktop until I tell it not to. It just really helps me get the work done. I also love that it sits in the toolbar and is so easily accessible. I just which if they gave us an option to add more pages. 5 pages is not enough especially because I try to keep the size of each page small to avoid it taking up the entire screen. **Developer response:** Hey Bill, thanks so much for your support :) You actually can change that in the app settings when you right click on the app icon in the menubar : Then "App Settings" and then "Number of Tabs" and you can change up to 20 tabs ! It also works quite well under the full screen mode of the other apps. The only improvement I want to propose is the possibility of adding shortcut support. At least for me, I mainly rely on the shortcuts when I work in full screen mode. It's also designed so aesthetically, and I love the minimalist feature. One thing I would absolutely love from this app is the ability to have it load on it's own after shutting down my laptop.
