## What is Plump?

Build a simple water habit with Plump, a cheerful offline-first tracker made for iPhone.

SET A DAILY GOAL
Choose a preset or set a goal from 500 to 3,000 ml. Plump shows exactly how much you have logged and how much remains today.

LOG WATER IN A TAP
Add 150, 250, or 500 ml from the Home screen. If you tap the wrong amount, undo your latest drink immediately.

SEE HONEST PROGRESS
Review your last seven days, current streak, best day, total water, and days tracked. Empty and missed days stay visible instead of being counted as progress.

TRY THE 7-DAY CHALLENGE
Follow a clear daily timeline, celebrate completed days, and restart whenever you want a fresh beginning.

USE OPTIONAL REMINDERS
Turn on local reminders for 10am, 2pm, and 6pm. Plump only asks for notification permission when you enable them.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, ads, or third-party analytics. Your water history and settings stay on your iPhone, and the app works without a network connection.
