When I first went I thought this was just mumbo jumbo.  Then I saw a massive increase on my Heart rate variability from my Apple Watch.  My body loves this treatment.  3-4x a week.

I never understood what the hype was about until I actually did it. Now I can’t imagine my life without it. The energy I get from a cold plunge is unlike anything I’ve experienced — if someone put that feeling in a pill it would be the best-selling supplement on the planet. This isn’t a trend, it’s a lifestyle upgrade. Stop scrolling and get a membership. Your future self will thank you.

Love the amazing results of contrast therapy at Plunj.  Has decreased resting heart rate, has improved muscle recovery, improved skin, and mental stability.  The staff is incredible and the environment is peaceful and calm.  Highly recommend attending regularly
