### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY

*2025-09-22*

This is the worst app I have EVER used. The copy right laws used on this make it IMPOSSIBLE to use. You cannot download or annotate ANYTHING. Also - on my Mac, I cannot open the application it says ‘Plural eReader unexpectedly quit’ When I tried on my iPad, the security is so intense that I can’t open it EVEN THOUGH I PAID OVER $300 for this textbook and workbook… When I reached out to the customer support they were ZERO help !!!!I hope that no one buys their textbooks from this company they are HORRIBLE !!!!!

### 1/5 — Why?

*2025-08-20*

This is actually one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. Not only is this forced on you to read the ebook YOU bought (which is the same price as the printed books), but you don’t even own them. It’s slow, it’s not optimized well for mobile and it sends you to the top of the chapter for any little mistake. Terrible

### 1/5 — Just want to read my book

*2024-03-01*

For a publishing company, it’s a terrible app. Can I please read my very expensive digital textbook in your terrible app? Spinning wheel, difficult to navigate, hard to load purchases books. Requires logging in multiple times in a session.

### 1/5 — Waste of time and energy

*2024-02-18*

Without a doubt the worst app I’ve had the displeasure of (not) using. Because it wouldn’t even load in the text. If I could give it 0 stars I would

### 1/5 — Upgrade please

*2023-07-17*

It’s super slow!!
