I’ve exited out of the app and tried again multiple times and the same thing happened. And the few times I did do it successfully, when I pressed next after I filled out the other information it would glitch out and become unresponsive again. I’m logged into another device, so I know it’s the right user ID. Since I haven’t been able to go into school, this was my only option and I can’t even use this. I do not recommend since it never works. Same happened to me, turns out There are multiple years for the same school and you have to put in the correct one for something to happen.
