I can’t register my device or even connect it to this app, making the purchase-and the app-utterly worthless. DO NOT BUY THESE DEVICES! $350+ is too much to spend for a device that is  useful only when paired with an app that doesn’t work.

Purchased the +Sabi AI Trilight a year ago. The app worked fine in May 2024, but will not let me login since the new update. I have used different emails, Apple login, Google login and still this app will not let me login. Without the app I am unable to use the $579 product  purchased from Sephora. I have tried to reach out through countless emails, instagram page and this is my last resort. I have waited for weeks for a reply.  Please, I just want to use the product. At least let me know if the app is down. I see the product is still for sale… how can you sell this when the app doesn’t work?

The app loses connectivity with my product all the time and so it doesn’t even log my treatment. I will have my phone in one spot and not even move and it will lose connectivity. It’s quite annoying especially when I’m in the middle of a treatment.

It’s very easy to use the app and get detailed reports on my skin health after doing a simple Selfie Skin Check. The AI based product recommendations are also awesome, they helped me get rid of my acne and dark circles in two weeks time. I also own a Trilight and controlling it via the app is a super smart thing. Overall this app is one of the best Skin care and wellness apps.
