東急スポーツオアシスのダイエットプログラム「シェイプナビPlus」購入者の専用アプリです。
食事やトレーニング、体重が手軽に管理する事ができます。また登録した食事やトレーニングの記録に対して、トレーナーがフィードバックしてくれます。
何を食べたらいいのか？量は適切か？ダイエット中の不安をアプリとトレーナーがバックアップ
してくれます。

機能説明
・食事管理　毎回食事を撮影しアップするだけです。
　　　　　　面倒なカロリー計算はありません。
・水分管理　湯のみ（100ml）/コップ（200ml）/ペットボトル（500ml）を選択するだけです。
　　　　　　水分の摂取状況が一目でわかります。
・トレーニング管理　トレーナーがあなたにあった種目を選択してくれます。それに合わせて実行するだけです。
・体重管理　　体重の入力し忘れを防止するため、アラートが設定できます。

・メッセージ機能　　トレーナーからの食事やトレーニングのフィードバックが送られてきます。
・食事の注意点　　自分のタイプにあった食事の注意点が確認できます。

写真を選んだ時、上や下と適用サイズを調整できず、真ん中の部分だけ切り出される。
メインを表示させたいと思っても、画像の上下を調整できず真ん中だけしか表示されないため、写真を加工してからでないと登録できない。不便すぎるので直してください。
