积分管理：可签到领积分，积分可在线兑换礼品。可查询住宿积分并对有疑问的积分信息在线申诉。

通知管理：实时掌握住宿信息、积分信息、待办事项。

住宿管理：可自行查询公寓信息、物业信息、管家信息、宿舍活动、室友信息、入住记录、退宿记录、住宿积分，可在线申请宿舍调遣可进行自主选房。

投诉建议：可对公寓管理、环境等方面提出建议，反馈服务人员服务状况。

在线申请：可在线申请放行单、床位保留单。

在线预约：可在线申请器材借用、清洁用品领用申请。

环境卫生：可查看消杀、房间清洁排配时间及进度
