This telehealth care has truly saved my life. I recently lost access to health care insurance, so when I need a refill on my prescription, plushcare is able to get me in very quickly. The doctors are very nice and helpful as well as super quick.

### 5/5 — Convenient & Friendly

*2026-08-26, version 6.93.0*

As a mom of 2 busy teens I love the convenience of an online doctor. I’ve been seeing Dr. Barbee for about 2 years now and she is always friendly, caring, listens to what I have to say and has been very helpful for my medical needs. I highly recommend Dr. Barbee & the PlushCare team.

Dr. Cassandra Wooten makes me feel more comfortable than any other Primary Physician I’ve ever had. Her personal approach and willingness to share information that benefits me personally goes above and beyond anything I could’ve expected. She understands my fears and coaches me past them, so that I can be my healthiest Me. I Adore her. 💛

### 5/5 — Amazing/Grateful

*2026-08-16, version 6.93.0*

Firstly, setting up an acct/appt was extremely simple and straightforward. Secondly, Dr. Besch was excellent. A perfect combination of personable and professional. He was transparent with a clear goal of how to move forward as well as what to look out for and a ‘pivot plan’. Very very helpful. Thank you Dr Besch!

### 5/5 — First Time Visit with Doctor

*2026-08-15, version 6.93.0*

PlushCare is a great telehealth company. I’ve

### 5/5 — Amazing app

*2026-08-13, version 6.93.0*

All the Dr’s I’ve had have been very kind and professional. There are many appointments available throughout the day and it’s super convenient. I very much appreciate being able to have this service.

### 5/5 — Dr Li

*2026-08-11, version 6.92.0*

What an Angel she was and she helped me immensely. Highly recommend ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

### 3/5 — Great Potential, room for improvement

*2026-08-11, version 6.92.0*

I had a seamless experience my first time using the app, but it’s unfortunately been downhill since then. My second appointment there were technical issues that kept kicking me out, and either the dr didn’t show or connected during one of the times I was working my way back in. She didn’t have another appointment available for a couple of weeks. I switched to a different dr, who did not join the call. I called customer support to make sure the system was actually working that day and got another appointment- the doctor’s video wasn’t functioning & she got disconnected during the call.

The online help is hit or miss. My insurance denied a prescription and while working through the appeal, now it looks like my doctor is no longer in network. Questions regarding if that is the case have not been answered. Responses have been slow - and more concerningly, incorrect. You can tell that answers are sent without actually looking at the history or understanding the question that is being asked.

I pretty much have to call and speak with a customer service person to get anything corrected or resolved, but each one I have spoken with has been very helpful.

The service can be very convenient, but expect to have to follow up endlessly yourself if there’s a glitch.

### 5/5 — Poison plant

*2026-08-11, version 6.92.0*

I was exposed to what was likely poison Oak per Dr Marks. He told me each repeat episode intensifies the symptoms. I will use telehealth for minor medical issues again.

### 5/5 — Love Dr. Le

*2026-08-06, version 6.92.0*

A great way to have wellness check-ups, or quickly scheduled appointments for minor illnesses and have regularly scheduled tests. My doctor is very knowledgeable and thorough. Although the video visits are short - Dr. Le knows more about me and seems more interested in my overall wellness than doctors I see in person.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Does not accept multiple insurance cards at the same time.

*2026-09-04, version 6.94.0*

Does not accept multiple insurance cards at the same time

### 1/5 — Terrible app

*2026-08-24, version 6.93.0*

Can’t get them to do anything right there’s no point of going through this app for a primary care physician appointment it’s all a scam might be worth it for other things, but not for medication

### 1/5 — Not worth and potentially negligent!

*2026-08-10, version 6.92.0*

I’ve used PlushCare for about six months and it is SUCH an expensive headache. The 2-3 days it takes for anyone to get back to you is, in itself, not conducive for actually addressing issues that arise. Medication refills are an unbelievably expensive and difficult process. You have to set up an appointment monthly to get a refill, even for standard meds. They said they made a referral to a specialist with zero info about where/what/etc. There are lots of these services, and I definitely would not recommend this one.

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-08-02, version 6.91.0*

This is absolutely disgusting, I canceled my membership 5 months ago and they kept billing $ 20 dollars a month 😡😡😡😡😡😡

### 1/5 — Not worth it!

### 1/5 — No Show Doctors

*2026-07-26, version 6.91.0*

They will show up when they feel like it. If they don’t show, and you’re really sick, too bad. If you don’t complete an appointment with them (because they don’t bother to show up) you can’t even leave a review. That’s why they all have such great ratings. What a racket.

### 1/5 — Bad doctor: no mechanism to review

*2026-07-17, version 6.91.0*

Yesterday I had a terrible session with a doctor named Cassandra Wooten. First off, she was 10 minutes late. That’s ok, but when she finally logged on, I said: “Hello!” And I guess she didn’t hear me because she took a beat, gave me a condescending look and said: “I never start my sessions until my patient greets me with a ‘hello!’” In this weird singsong voice. I nodded, thinking she was thanking me for my greeting but she stayed there staring at me, head cocked. I said: “I said ‘hello.’…uh, ‘Hello.’” She nodded, and said: “There we go.” Uh, OK…. Then she proceeded to do NOTHING. She asked me what the problem was so she obviously hadn’t looked at anything I had written. I explained that I had something wrong with my finger, a bad infection. She said: “I don’t know how you expect me to help when you didn’t upload a picture.” And I explained that I didn’t see an option to do that. “There was,” she said, “You just didn’t do it.” After the session, I saw that I had received a “check in” email that I hadn’t seen prior to the session, so maybe it was in that email, but there was no option I saw at time of booking. So I asked her: “Can I turn my camera around and show it to you?” She said: “I don’t know what you expect me to tell from looking at it.” Uh, what?? Aren’t you a doctor? What would you do with a picture then? Then she said: “Isn’t there an Urgent Care near you that you can go to?” So, why are you here on this service then?!!!? I ended up ending the call, bewildered. And she had the nerve to send out a fake “after care” notice that listed diagnoses she never actually performed. The worst part is that PlushCare gives no option to review the doctors on their app, even though the doctors all have bunches of reviews and a rating. So…where are those coming from? I was told to leave a review here and on Trustpilot. So I’ll do that, if only to let people know. I’ve had good experiences prior on the app but if there is no actual way to honestly review doctors, there’s no way to know what you’re getting.

### 1/5 — Doctor never shows up

*2026-07-13, version 6.90.0*

As the title says. I tried making an appointment a couple times, doctor no show both times.

3rd time doctor used wrong diagnostic code for referral. Tried referring to neurologist using tinnitus as diagnostic code.

### 1/5 — Impossible to Cancel accounts

*2026-06-28, version 6.89.0*

I’ve tried every avenue to cancel my account. There are several misleading statements and dead ends. If you follow the links you can change credit card numbers, but there’s no option to cancel. They’re using Zendesk with no human interaction. Beware.

### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time

*2026-06-17, version 6.88.0*

Booked two appointments the same day with different providers that now showed to both.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Care was phenomenal

*2026-09-04, version 6.94.0*

Dr. France was absolutely wonderful! If you are looking for a physician- he is a great choice!

### 5/5 — Quick and convenient

*2026-09-04, version 6.94.0*

Working night shift makes it hard to get to a doctor or even an online one sometimes. They have later timed appointments that worked well for me. I was free from 10p-2am but the only time available for the doctor I selected was at 12:15am. Not a problem just have to wait some. The doctor messaged me at 11:20pm saying he was available if I wanted to do it now or said I could wait, which I liked because I wanted an earlier time anyways. Took about 5 mins if that, but not because he tried to rush me. I gave my symptoms and informed him I live with someone who had strep throat as well. He was able to get me a prescription for an antibiotic. Quick and efficient. Will use again.

### 5/5 — Exceptional Care

*2026-09-02, version 6.94.0*

### 5/5 — Great experience

*2026-08-31, version 6.94.0*

Dr. Ross was very professional kind and respectful of my medical problem. Wonderful PHONE side manner , I will definitely be choosing her as my regular provider from here on out.

### 5/5 — Easy, thorough and convenient!

*2026-08-31, version 6.94.0*

I have been seeing a provider through plush care regularly for almost a year for medication refill support. It doesn't take the place of some in person or PCP issues, but for medication refills it's been easier and more financially feasible than any option I have (even through insurance). My Doctor is thoughtful and thorough and I feel like my feelings matter! Lastly- it's actually cheaper for me than my copay with insurance (though I think they take most insurances)

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-08-29, version 6.94.0*

### 5/5 — Dr Kastelman

### 5/5 — Dr. Short

*2026-08-27, version 6.93.0*

Professional, knew exactly what to ask and thank you he was available on my time.
