Thank you. ### 1/5 — Technical error not resolved for several weeks now *2024-09-02* This was a very beneficial app to purchase gift cards of several brands. But of late, due to some technical error, I am unable to purchase any of the brand gift cards. It throws up a message stating ‘ we are facing issues with the app and pls try again later’. This has been the status for more than several weeks now. I have emailed their customer care several times but all in vain. No point of this app now when their core business is only not working. **Developer response:** This is definitely not the experience we want you to have, Bhaaruuj. Been 3 days already. ### 1/5 — Unable to set UPI *2023-11-05* I’m unable to set UPI, already raised query 3 times, and everytime they sent mail claiming that we will call you, but I never got any call from customer executive. Very very poor customer service, no any helpline number, customer support chat is not really supportive. But.. *2023-06-25* The discounts are great and the app interface is super cool but the only problem is it doesn’t have a search option. Everytime when you’re trying to buy a voucher you need to scroll through all the listed merchandise and it’s really annoying.
