First of all it gave me a 65 on a test. That’s is all I have to say ### 1/5 — Won't open *2026-02-18, version 02.01.00* I cannot App to open with my login information. It doesn't say anything about a password being wrong it just spins and then stops. Update February 2026. Still cannot login on the app even though I have double and triple checked my password and username. ### 1/5 — Frustrated *2026-02-05, version 02.01.00* The new app does not let me even login. The login button spins and resets. I did not mind before because the old app was still accessible but now that is no longer an option. It went backwards in terms of ease of use. Hard to find thing when you have more than one kid. It does not remember you and keeps loading. Please revert to the old one, it was way better. At least I can still access the old app yet! ### 1/5 — Can’t login! Why is it not fixed? *2025-10-10, version 02.01.00* UPDATE! 10/10 and still can not logon after daily repeated attempts. I believe you need to restart development of the app because you can’t discontinue the old one without having parents be able to logon to the new one and it’s been since August that this has not worked. UPDATE! Still can’t log in! 9/29/2025. August: Unfortunately, we’ve had to go back to using the old app because the new one doesn’t allow us to log in. At first it would just spin endlessly, and now it spins briefly and then does nothing. Attempted to sign in to the old app - presented with a blank white screen…no redirect, no nothing. Found out on my own the old app was sunset and replaced by this one. I can log in the website with my username and password (horrible mobile experience as the screen freezes and cuts text off), but not here. I use the same username and password and the dial circles and nothing happens. What a way to ruin user experience!! Bring back the old app or fix this one - sound like the issues have been know for a while and nothing has been done. Unfortunately i cant get it to log in at all, and there are no support options, just a login screen with a button that clicks, thinks and then lets you click it again but never actually logs in or goes to another page.
