### 1/5 — Barely usable on IPad Pro

The Mac app works great (except the Google login doesn't work), the iPhone version is very good.  The iPad Pro is miserable right now because the sidebar menu takes up the entire width of the screen, and the regular page content appears below that.  I've tried deleting the app and installing again with no change.  So, I have to use the web browser on my iPad.  Please get this fixed... I use my iPad a lot when working away from my office.

I tried this whole thing out and am about to call it quits. It just does not work as promised and the mobile looks terrible. I’m disappointed in the time I sunk into trying to make this Crm work. There is no customer service help either.

The app doesn’t work I use my login credentials and it doesn’t work but it works on the web version. The Google login SSO doesn’t work on the app it just loads forever.

Seems like an inactive app. I tried both to click reset password and tried to log-in to the app. Each time it freezes up and won’t load any further. Pretty frustrating given that I’m a new customer and was looking forward to using the app.

Great platform and user friendly, the one gripe is that it needs to show the date in conversations instead of just the time. There’s no differentiation on messages sent today or a week ago.

I have the full white label version purchased via appsumo and let me tell you the truth about this app. It is unusable, I wouldn’t use it not even if they’d pay me to use it.

Literally tried it all. Was with Monday for the first year of our business, then moved to Asana for a couple of years, then to Notion, then to ClickUp. The reason we kept moving was because they were all lacking key features, especially good client portals and client collaboration. We stumbled across Plutio when trying out Hubflo. I read an article about this app was better and thought I would give it a go and I’m honestly shocked. Thanks to this app we have project management similar to ClickUp, Chat and channels with clients and the team similar to slack, beautiful client portals better than hubflo, invoicing that links with our squareup account, the list goes on. I don’t understand why this app isn’t more popular. All it’s missing is task automation.

App functions well compared to the web/desktop version; but I find the app often has issues loading. 
I’ve used Plutio for about 2 years when they were 1st getting started. Everything was great at the start, and a lot of the program works great for what we need; though the customer service has COMPLETELY disappeared. So if your looking for a service to assist with errors and/or make improvements based off of feedback…. Or simply respond to a question…. Plutio is no longer that solution. Used to be a 5-star rating
