I sent in funds to fund my account since last week and I am yet to see my account updated with the funds. Per the app, it will take 48 hours for my account to be updated, it’s been over a week now. When I tried to chat them through the app, no one answers. I sent an email and my ticket support was closed with no response. Please refund my money.

When depositing money, all things were good. To withdraw my money, I was told to complete my KYC. I’ve done so, the last part being to upload my proof of residency (which I’ve been trying to upload for not less than 4 months now).

I’ll input all details, then it’s neither accepting nor rejecting the details.

The APP won’t go beyond the biometrics page as both the cancel and biometrics options cannot open or do not work. It’s a very strange problem and for weeks there’s no fix. Also no way to ask their maintenance team for help. Quite unfortunate

It’s been over a week and I can’t do anything on the app. Noticed it after the last update. I’m allowed to log onto the app, but I cannot move slides or switch tabs. It’s been bugging. You can’t move from Wallet to portfolio or any other parts of the app.
