Horrible customer care experience *2026-06-22* Pls don’t buy card from this company. Their customer care is pathetic. Due to some issue, I had to call the customer care . First of all number given on app didn’t connect despite so many attempts (call fail message coming) . Some how I manage to get the customer care number from google and call them and will you believe I had to be on the waiting for 20 mins (showing waiting) before call finally connected to customer care and another shock that Customer care guy told told me that it will take 10 working days to resolve your issue (money is already with them but they need so much time to give back money to customer) ### 1/5 — The app that doesn’t let you give a negative feedback as they won’t accept it *2026-06-07* I would like to raise a concern regarding the transparency of charges applied on Pluxee transactions. On several occasions, I have noticed deductions of ₹2–₹4 from my own funds during transactions. While the amounts may be small, the frequency of such charges makes them feel significant over time. As a user, it is often unclear what these deductions are for, which creates a perception of non-transparent billing. Additionally, after completing online transactions, I frequently receive messages stating that money has been deducted as an “online convenience fee.” Receiving such notifications after the transaction has already been processed can be confusing and gives the impression that additional charges are being applied beyond what was initially displayed. I would appreciate greater transparency regarding all fees and deductions, including a clear breakdown of charges before a transaction is completed and a detailed explanation of any convenience fees that are applied. This would help build user trust and improve the overall customer experience. ### 2/5 — Needs work in settings to stay ‘set’ *2026-06-01* No back button on some pages. Settings suddenly change to default. Need to change settings almost each week. I don’t need sms updates for each transaction. Had turned it off last week. Didn’t get for few days but again received it today. So need to open app to change setting again today. Got prompted for feedback nelson r I had made 10 transactions. Tried pasting this note in feedback. But guess what the back bottom not available on that page and Share feedback button also not working. Buggy app I guess. Please work on the user experience. Both back end settings and the front end app interface. ### 1/5 — Super bad app *2026-05-30* I opened the app to check an OTP, but a rating popup immediately appeared and blocked the screen. The only options were "Not Really" and "Yes," with no obvious way to dismiss it. Since I was busy, I selected "Not Really" intending to provide feedback later, but every attempt resulted in an "Oops, something went wrong" error. After multiple failed attempts, I was effectively forced to select "Yay, I loved this app" just to continue using the app and access my OTP. If you're going to ask for feedback, please allow users to dismiss the prompt and make sure negative feedback works as reliably as positive feedback. Fortunately, I could still leave this review through the App Store. ### 1/5 — Frustrating, Unreliable, and a Complete Headache to Use *2026-05-16* Absolutely one of the most frustrating apps I’ve ever used. The payment experience is unbelievably inconsistent — sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t, and there’s absolutely no confidence that a transaction will go through when you actually need it. An app handling money should be reliable, and this feels like the complete opposite. On top of that, I’m not even able to properly set a password, which is basic functionality for any app in 2026. The user experience feels broken and unnecessarily complicated. What makes it even worse is the poor support across third-party platforms. Many apps where I want to make transactions simply aren’t supported, making the whole thing feel restrictive and inconvenient. What’s the point of having balance in the app if I constantly run into dead ends? This app has turned simple payments into a stressful experience. Disappointing, unreliable, and genuinely exhausting to use. ### 1/5 — Worst ever app *2026-03-04* Worst ever app I’ve used. The initial deductions for Pluxee for a corporate employee happens immediately in the first month without you even opting for it. Now they promote you take the card as your first month credit in the card is already there. Now you can’t use the card because no restaurant accepts it, no apps accept it. If you go to Pluxee app, the apps inside Pluxee behave in a wired way of not showing products which are normally available in the other app, e.g. Big basket! So you can’t use Pluxee for the apps which are available within it. Ultimately you are not using the money and the amount is just stuck in that card. After some time Pluxee starts deducting Rs 20/- every month. You sit and allow the deduction to happen as you cannot use the card, as no merchant accepts it. Finally Pluxee gets your first month’s meal coupon in their account (which was part of your first month’s salary). You sit there and observe as you cannot do anything about it! This is Pluxee card ! Horrible and disgusting! ### 1/5 — Useless service, better to NOT choose it *2026-01-13* My card got expired some 2 months ago and unlike the actual financial institution will do i.e, auto renew the card for the user, Pluxee wants you to call or email their customer care with the valid reason: why you want a new card!!! Also email way takes eternity to get resolved and call way is useless as you will get email that your query got resolved and you will have no option left than fighting on email threads. My case is stuck for weeks now. Just want to ask: how hard is it for your team to auto renew a card? And why would a customer want to keep their expired card in their app? Totally useless team and useless company. I would rather choose to use other providers like Paytm foods here. Also, apart from the card, you will have a hard time paying directly from the app because itjust NEVER works. ### 1/5 — Worst app *2025-10-16* Extremely disappointing experience with the Pluxee app. After activating my Pluxee card, I installed this app to log in and view my digital card. However, the app doesn’t recognize my registered mobile number, making it impossible to access my account. It repeatedly displays customer care numbers, but none of those calls connect — which makes the situation even more frustrating. It’s unacceptable that after completing card activation, users are left without any working support or access to their digital card. Please fix these issues immediately and ensure proper customer assistance for users facing login problems. ### 1/5 — Malpractice in getting feedback about Pluxee service *2025-10-07* Not allowing the user to giving the feedback less than 5 internally and it is like feedback page . Page is popping up and you user can’t skip it and use the app , if you give negative feedback and less than 5 star app will crash all the time . You are not allowed to used the card. If you give 5 star with no negative comment then only your feedback will be submitted successfully and move on. I can see my time app crashing bugs are there but instead of fixing that they are adding too much unwanted security options than the normal banking app security option. So that the user will be unable to use their own money easily. It automatically logged out even am using it in regular. And otp to login back is not generating your login back. Need to wait for many days and many attempts needs to be done . ### 1/5 — Very buggy *2025-09-22* I have had issues with the app from time i have installed it a couple of years ago. Recently I was forced to upgrade the app and after that i haven’t been able to login!!! First it wants only mobile data and not wifi connection which is the most stupid requirement! After that the mobile verification needs sms to be sent that costs me money! And lastly there is simply no good way to get around the forgot my password option! I hate the app and its look&feel. Very unfriendly, cannot even see card balance easily.
