Unfortunately, I’ve learned the hard way twice now that Plycon doesn’t have any customer service, let alone a working mobile app to track your shipment. This time, I’m over two months from when they took my package and have been told 4 weeks in a row it would be here that week. They have no working tracking and their dispatchers either have no tracking software or just have no idea where their packages are.

This is a big help to us at Antiques on Old Plank Road. Plycon has great for our biz and this app really helps.
