## What is Plycue?

Start a round on your wrist. Plycue counts work, rest, and the next round so you never pull out your phone between sets.

On Apple Watch you pick a plan and go. Large remaining time, WORK / REST / PREP, round r of n. A haptic and a gym cue when the segment changes, and a 3-2-1 count in the last seconds. Tap the time to pause. Digital Crown trims remaining time. Always On keeps a dimmed clock on your wrist. The Watch app runs without iPhone nearby.

Complications show remaining time and work/rest while a round is going, and the last plan name when idle.

iPhone is the companion: plans, history, and a one-time unlock. Timing does not run on iPhone.

Optional Apple Health: one workout per session (High Intensity Interval Training, or Boxing for the Boxing plan). Decline Health and the round still runs. Plycue does not read heart rate.

Three-round sessions stay free. Unlock once for longer Watch plans and custom round counts. No ads, no account, no subscription.
