Worked great for about 1 week. Now I can’t sign back in it says sign in not available. Makes me sad because PM is actually a very good company. Why is this app so bad. ### 1/5 — Pm *2025-09-22* Cant even log in on the app or website. Had it for years. Whats up with yr servers ### 1/5 — Blocked out completely *2025-08-20* After downloading this app, I cannot get into my account to pay or access it through Google. It goes to a complete white screen. Customer service was no help. ### 1/5 — Unable to Manage Payment *2025-05-20* This app and the website is the worst I have EVER experienced. I was unable to make any kind of change to my policy including payment method or payment date They have no weekend hours for support and are limited to 8:00am - 5:00pm CST Stay away from this company at all costs! ### 1/5 — PM My Account *2025-04-16* Only works the first time used. The second attempt ends by app failure and the third time with credentials being denied. ### 1/5 — No feedback on signup error *2025-02-25* This is one of the worst apps I have tried to use. I followed all the directions to signup but it comes with a generic error without telling me which field was filled in error. So I couldn’t proceed despite many tries ### 1/5 — Don’t Waste your Time *2025-01-15* I downloaded it despite the negative reviews but ended up deleting it immediately. Even basic functions like logging in is too much for this app to handle. Makes me suspicious of the company. They must not care about their reputation and that’s why none of these negative but honest reviews have been responded to by a public relations rep from the company. ### 2/5 — Discouraged *2024-12-29* I just signed up for coverage, created an account and made the first payment. Now I can’t even get into the account in the App or on the website. The website even says that I successfully created an account. I don’t even get any emails for account recovery methods???
