So, care is fast and good. That’s good! The portal is separate from the payment portal - you have to have both open since the payment portal doesn’t have your bills or what you owe accessible - if you have more than one child you have to have separate accounts on the payment portal. So no paying combined bills.

That’s a disastrous choice for an otherwise great app / provider model.

This clinic was awesome.  My son woke up with fever and sore throat on Christmas Eve.  We were able to do a Telemed visit and then drive to the clinic for a rapid strep test instead of coming to clinic and waiting 3 hours to be seen.  My son ended up have strep and they were able to call in antibiotics and he was feeling so much better for Christmas!  Highly recommended

In a country with not easily accessible healthcare this is great find! Very fast and easy way to get a provider to discuss urgent/non-emergent matter. Saved me some be trip to the emergency room, one visit to PCP. And that’s in less than a month. Highly recommend!

I used this app to make an appointment for my daughter Charlotte and it was awesome to have this option available. The doctor was kind and helped as much as she could as she thought my daughters sickness was a viral infection but I couldn’t bring her to the office since they had no available appointments so I sent her to another clinic which then they diagnosed her with strep throat. Would definitely recommend sending them in the office rather than over the phone.

The provider and staff at PM were great. Downloading multiple different apps and filling out the same info multiple times was a poor experience. In particular, the Teladoc app was a poorly designed experience and limited in functionality to the point of being useless.

This was the easiest and most convenient appointment Ive ever had! My provider was extremely kind and helpful, and I waited less than 2 minutes to be seen. Being the weekend, my only other choices would have been the ER or urgent care- both of which take forever. If you’re anything like me, you hate going to the doctor because of how time consuming it is to drive and wait (sometimes for hours). I was referred by a family member, and PM pediatrics will now be my go-to for when I need a quick visit.😊

Love this service for things like pink eye, bad diaper rash and other things that are routine sickness. The convenience of being able to do this from home is so key. Also, I needed a doctors note for my child’s daycare and the easy convenience of texting was so great.

Excellent experience with the app and the doctor at PM Pediatrics for my son’s teledoc appointment. This was so helpful due to my scenario where I was unable to drive to an urgent care today and I needed to have my son seen asap for pink eye. A true life saver and everything on the app worked swimmingly. Thank you for this awesome service!

I suspected my son had pink eye. I went to the PM Pediatric website to book an appointment and saw the notice about virtual visits. It was easy to set up and I waited less than 5 minutes. It saved me hours of time wrestling a toddler to get ready, making the drive and waiting to be seen amongst coughing, hacking others.

Like other reviewers, I received an error after trying to enter my insurance. I visited our local office in person 2 weeks ago with the same insurance and no issues then.

App is awful, terrible experience. Had to be on a call with their tech call center for 30 minutes just to be able to set up an account because of issues on how they set up the forms. Then the doctor saw my child on the virtual visit for 1 minute, and then the real problems began. The doctor never called in the prescription (entire reason why we downloaded the app and went through telemedicine was to get prescription fast) and I spent the next 24 hours on calls between PM pediatrics help and CVS only to end up going to a different urgent care in person the next day and getting a new prescription. Never doing this again.

There’s a bug with the insurance info section that won’t allow you to book an appointment. Even though I’ve used my insurance through the app before (just clicked 100 times till it finally accepted), it just keeps saying can’t verify insurance, but also won’t allow me to enter my insurance info because it says it’s already on the account. 

I’m not sure what the app is even for seeing it rarely works.

Each time I’ve used the telemedicine, I’m met with the suggestion to bring in. While that would be understandable for a greater emergency, but it hasn’t been. Which means I get charged twice to be told or given a prescription for what I could have gotten via the video appointment.

Attempted to set up an appointment for my daughter customer service on the phone as terrible he argued with me attempting to fix insurance. Still attempted to make an appointment missed the connection by one minute. Called for assistance and they were no help either.

The app says  “incomplete insurance information” but when I try to update it with the required pictures, it says “error. We were unable to verify your insurance information.”  

I can’t make an appointment until this is fixed. At least give a more detailed error message so the customer knows what is wrong. I’ve used this service before with my insurance but now the app is broken.

Save your time and money.  The app is incredibly laggy. Doesn’t hold the appropriate information and working with the billing department is less than stellar. Two kids. Same insurance plan. One child isn’t approved and sent to collections after two weeks of emails.  Not worth the time and frustration.

They say they treat ear pain but they demand to see the child in person to treat ear pain. If ear pain is the reason for your visit, they will not treat you without an office visit.

This app was so easy to use. There was no waiting time. As soon as I login in the doctor showed up and was super sweet. She was caring and listened to our concerns. This is truly great to have for little who especially get sick now during school.

We will definitely be using PM Pediatric again. The pediatrician was very friendly, patient, and helpful. This could not have been more convenient and time saving. We were able to avoid having to manage two toddlers in a doctor’s office because of your services. I literally was cooking dinner, jumped on for a quick appointment, and got my prescription sent in all at the same time. I accidentally gave the wrong pharmacy and easily called back and got it changed and sent promptly to the correct one. Thank you!

9yo came home from school saying she didn’t eat much lunch and went straight to her bed. Slept for three and half hours and woke up with a fever and nasty puss pockets with swelling in the back of her throat. I live 40 mins away so did a tele-health visit. Sent pictures of throat and temp which we confirmed during video call. Dr was wonderful and got meds to our pharmacy before they closed. I am grateful. Thank you.

This is a great alternative to having to take your sick child out somewhere.  Setup was easy, I didn’t have any issues completing my registration or insurance info. The wait was a little long, but I had my phone nearby and was doing other things.

The provider was so helpful in getting my son’s eardrops refilled for an ear infection when our pediatrician wasn’t able to help us after hours on the weekend.  Without his app, he would have been uncomfortable all weekend and we wouldn’t have been able to get a start on treating his infection. 

Only complaint is that during the video call, I could see the provider, but the little window where I believe I should have been able to see my camera view was black, so I didn’t know if the provider could see us or what I was actually showing her.

We have gone several times in person for both my college aged son (he likes PM Peds much better than Health Services on campus) and my 16 year old. We tried the telehealth option this last time and it was excellent! Convenient, not a long wait and open for much longer than local urgent cares. So happy with our online visit!
