## What is PMA Stoic?

PMA Stoic is a private reflection tool designed to help you examine everyday situations more clearly, separate facts from interpretation, understand the thought behind a feeling, reframe your perspective, and choose your next action deliberately.

At its center is the PMA Stoic five-step method:

SEE — What actually happened?

SEPARATE — What is fact, and what is interpretation?

EXAMINE — What am I feeling, and what am I telling myself?

REFRAME — What else could reasonably be true without ignoring the facts?

CHOOSE — What is mine to carry, and what will I do next?

PMA Stoic brings together three complementary perspectives: Stoic principles, Positive Mental Attitude (PMA), and psychology-inspired self-reflection.

THE LOOKING GLASS

Work through real situations using a structured reflection process. Sort your own statements into facts and interpretations, identify emotions and their intensity, examine the thought beneath the feeling, consider another fair reading of the situation, and decide what remains within your control.

DAILY PERSPECTIVE

Begin each day with a Stoic perspective, a question to examine, and a practical PMA action that can be taken into everyday life.

JOURNAL

Save only the reflections you choose. Search them, revisit them, mark favorites, export them, or delete them whenever you wish.

PATTERNS

Notice recurring themes from your own saved reflections over time. Patterns are presented as observations, not diagnoses.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
