But disclaimer pops up preventing its use in USA (since the world now hates America). To use in USA, obtain a few proton email accounts, run Proton VPN under anywhere else, and claim Canada or Albania (or anywhere else during setup)…just not #1 world enemy America, and it will work at $300 / year. ### 1/5 — Not available in USA *2026-03-26, version 3.10.3* Pretty useless if not available in the USA. Furthermore, you cannot get a read on a single strip, only on a 12 lead and it does not state that anywhere until you attempt it and find out through the help chat. Very disappointing and I want a refund. I found this all out within about 20 minutes after I downloaded the app and paid. ### 1/5 — Quoto ecg par mois trop bas *2026-03-12* 50 ecg par mois c'est beaucoup trop peu surtout par rapport au prix. If you wish to trial additional Pro functionalities before deciding on a purchase, please reach out to us at support@powerfulmedical.com, and we'll be glad to assist. ### 4/5 — Überhaupt nicht zufrieden *2025-08-13* Vor ca 1 Jahr hatte ich das Probeabo mit freigeschalteten EKGs und war begeistert welche EKGs die App, neben OMIs, an verschiedenen EKG Bilder gezeigt und erkannt hat. z.B Trifaszikuläre Blöcke, SVTs etc. Für eine nicht Internistin super und ein echter Game changer. Nachdem ich mich jetzt durchgerungen habe endlich die App zu kaufen (leider sofort das Jahresabo!) bin ich super enttäuscht. Die Frequenz der meisten EKGs ist falsch, trotz richtiger EKG Voreinstellung. Nicht ganz so offensichtliche STEMIs werden übersehen und auch sonst spuckt die App nicht mehr aus was man vorliegen hat. AVNRTs werden nicht erkannt, Schrittmacherrhythmen erkannt wo kein Schrittmacher ist etc. Sehr sehr schade 150€ vergeudet. :-((( **Developer response:** Hello, we are really sorry to hear about your recent experience after you decided to purchase the subscription. However the app hasn’t lived up to reputation. Majority of the ekg scanned give an error stating that the leads are too short, code 500 etc. Thought lv sense would be a fun experiment- has been 50/50 in terms of accuracy. For now, these are the supported languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, and Slovak. If anything changes regarding the language options, we will inform you. Thank you for your understanding! ### 5/5 — Revolutionary technology *2025-08-28, version 3.3.0* This is the only EKG AI model that diagnoses acute coronary occlusion beyond ST Elevation. It does so with unbelievably high sensitivity and specificity. If the PMCardio queen of hearts AI Model says that the ECG represents STEMI or STEMI Equivalent, you had better believe it. In the present standard of care, 1/3 of Acute coronary occlusion do not get treated soon enough to prevent permanent irreversible myocardial cell death. With this app, almost all of them will be recognized immediately. You will save myocardium and lives, and prevent heart failure. Moreover, it recognizes the false positives, the mimics which lead to unnecessary Cath Lab activation. Let us provide some explanations and further context behind the recent app changes: 1. Horizontal photos: These should still be supported. After the update, for 1-page ECGs, the app now automatically recognizes the ECG format and correctly auto-rotates the picture so you can upload it both horizontally and vertically. It's true that if you take the picture directly with the PMcardio camera, it will now navigate you to take it within a shown rectangular space, to help you ensure you're capturing the whole ECG correctly. 2. OMI module & NSTEMI: The OMI module is still available, it has just been renamed to the ACS module and now provides a positive OMI diagnostic result just for active occlusions (the result will be positive if it's either a standard STEMI or a STEMI equivalent). Its diagnostic performance has actually been enhanced with the recent update. 3. Confidence levels (Credibility rating): They are still available as well (under Pro Plan), but only for low-confidence diagnoses.
