### 4/5 — Great app for providers!!

*2026-07-08*

I and my facilities love this app! I manage multiple nursing homes and assisted living facilities. I love that this app keeps my resident’s information secure and I can turn off notifications to give myself time to “unplug”. But also send reminders to staff I work with. It works great and the nurses that use it, end up loving it.
1 pet peeve would be that I wish it were a little easier to set up without having to verify email if the user doesn’t want to use an email address. If that were fixed, I’d give it 5 stars. :)

### 3/5 — Lack of Stable/Consistent Access to Platform

*2026-07-01, version 17.5.04*

Not great-

### 2/5 — Very confusing

*2026-06-22, version 17.5.03*

Very confusing

### 2/5 — Poorly integrated

*2026-06-13, version 17.5.03*

Lacks basic Icd10 codes for common conditions, and i have to add them. Poorly integrated into workflow, such that it requires steps entirely separate from usual patient care to bill, which is really unacceptable in the current technological environment.

### 4/5 — Visit with Dr Duncan

*2026-06-11, version 17.5.03*

Conversation was smooth and seamless.

### 4/5 — Dr Hamza

*2026-05-14, version 17.5.01*

PMD has made professional communication Easier and Confidential thank you

### 5/5 — Tele meeting

*2026-04-28, version 17.5.01*

Remarkably convenient and eliminates the need to drive to a doctor appointment because all was taken care of over the phone with a FaceTime call. It was great!

### 5/5 — 1st Appt Call

*2026-04-27, version 17.5.01*

A+++ w/Dr.Ankar

### 5/5 — Carpinteros

*2026-04-24, version 17.5.01*

0468

### 3/5 — Failure to read messages

*2026-04-14, version 17.4.01*

It can be difficult to connect with pending messages even when the link is received via text. The software is installed and has been refreshed.

### 5/5 — Mr Cimino

*2026-04-13, version 17.4.01*

Good

### 2/5 — Awful

*2026-04-09, version 17.4.01*

Just an added item to deal with instead of having billing directly in the EMR. Diagnosis codes are woefully inadequate.

### 2/5 — Good, not great, app; required daily use is an understatement. Just needs a couple… hundred tweaks

Please add the patient's age to every view, especially in the online desktop version's patient information entry screen.

It should be positioned next to the date of birth and automatically update.

Also, make it simple to export a super bill that includes patient name, date of birth, AGE, CHART number, rounding provider, and PCP or referring provider.

Rename some fields instead of owning provider—allow modifications—and create a template for printing labels with patient info for paper progress notes, labs, cultures, etc.

Use color coding to clearly show when users are participating in a group thread, indicating whether it is part of a start thread or not, to prevent accidental comments about other patients' records, which is a HIPAA violation.

Brightly highlight the patient name at the top of the thread, perhaps in red or with a warning pop-up, to alert users they are in a patient's chart.
If not, users should be prompted before returning to group threads to avoid overlooking the patient record.

Enable pinning of group threads, with the most common conversations pinned at the top.

Allow editing of patient information fields and the addition of referring physicians or PCPs in both mobile and desktop versions, so these become available in the dropdown for subsequent patients.

**Developer response:** Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We are more than happy to work with your billing team to make changes or updates to your code list. You can adjust your alert tones and notifications directly from your pMD mobile application. To do so go to the "Messaging" tab, click on "Settings" in the top left-hand corner of your screen and adjust your notification settings. If you are still having issues, please contact our 24/7 support team by calling 1.800.587.4989 x1. - pMD.

### 1/5 — Suggestions

*2026-08-02*

Our office has moved to using pMD for mobile charge capture. Can you please add some features to the app such as: color change or checkmark for completed/submitted charges so it is immediately clear on iPhone that the patient is addressed, clean up some of the misspellings for diagnosis descriptions, make the Internet/computer-based version more user-friendly

**Developer response:** Hello! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're constantly working to improve our app and appreciate suggestions from our users. Your input has been added to our list of features to implement. We'd also like to invite you to join our beta program, where you can test new features firsthand and provide feedback to help shape the future of our app. If you are interested please send an email to support@pmd.com

Hello,
We see you have resubmitted your review. We’d like to address your comments more directly:
- On iPhone, a completed patient shows in grey, VS a patient who still needs to be seen today shows in red. You are also able to sort by the completed date status.
- The diagnosis list is managed by your practice. We are happy to advise should a practice supervisor need help with updating.
- We have made improvements to the web version of pMD as well that make it easier for providers to enter charges. If you have any additional feedback, please feel free to share at support@pmd.com

### 1/5 — Very difficult to sign in

*2026-07-28, version 17.5.04*

I click on forgot password and change, then save it on my phone. But it never works. Always have to do the MFA with a text. Boo

### 1/5 — Login difficult

*2026-06-07, version 17.5.01*

Whenever I need to login it takes several tries.

### 1/5 — Dr Badhiwala

*2026-04-07*

Awful bedside manner. Lack of concern for patients health or overall care, even after major crisis events! Doesn’t want to take responsibility for anything he’s ordered, like labs, try’s to push back on every other doctor he possibly can, so today’s virtual, I had all backups to his “pawn” patient off to anyone else but him & he still gave me the answer that he ordered labs & some are extremely off, but he claimed he didn’t order them, but I had already confirmed he did! So I pushed back and told him he should have been monitoring my husband from the first lab results with everything being too high or too low and he still said he’s not my patient! I told him he’s got 4 weeks of labs that he hasn’t even touched & YES HE IS THE TREATING DOCTOR-BECAUSE HIS NAME IS LISTED AS “ORDERING” DOCTOR!
He said that’s he’s PCP’s responsibility! I explain we been twice and they were honest by letting us know what some of the dangerous highs and lows meant because it wasn’t their specialty!
He still didn’t seem to care.
He told me find a Kidney doctor and ask them, no matter if no Nephrologist saw him during his 10 day stay at Harris DTWN, for emergency spinal surgery! In

### 1/5 — No closed caption

*2026-03-26, version 17.4.00*

If we could use FaceTime instead of this app we could get closed captions which is vital for those of us with hearing loss. And a transcript at the end of the visit.

### 1/5 — Problem with this app

*2025-10-07, version 17.0.00*

After signing into this app there is no indication as to the identity of the medical practice to which it is associated.
App is of little to no value.

Responding to the developer of this app:
As a patient I have many practices using portal apps. If the app doesn’t identify the practice I don’t know if I’m signing into the right one.

### 1/5 — Terrible experience

*2025-10-01, version 16.7.02*
