Pre-mortem Analysis: imagine the project has already failed, then work back to the reasons. It gives you the risk list a Risk Matrix scores.

PESTLE Analysis: the outside factors that can move a project, in six areas, scored rather than listed.

Guide can now recommend a method. Answer two questions and it names one, with the closest alternative and what separates them.

Plus spacing, alignment and text size corrections across the app.
