I cannot get into the app, it’s been since Friday. If they do maintenance or technical updates then they should inform customer or at front page of app. Customer service is also very inefficient.

The Verification Process for the Code Activation is very Bad , What a idotic process, My father is a 60 years old person , he don’t understand everything properly, When i called them to active my fathers app code they asks for various kind of information, and as my father is a old person , he was not that much capable to answer all of this , he is not that much familiar with that process, even when tried to assist him , their customer care operator said someone is assisting you , and then they cut the call . I know its for security purpose , but i think its a lame purpose, in their app they could have add a face verification system or OTP systems.

I’ve been facing ongoing issues with the beneficiary account feature, particularly when transferring funds to another bank. The app seems to lack advanced features expected from a modern banking service. I’ve also noticed that when transferring money to bKash, the app closes automatically without showing any success message or confirmation. This forces me to log back in just to check my balance or transaction statement, which is very frustrating. This issue appears to happen only on the iOS version, as the Android version seems to work fine. If the app can’t be maintained properly on iOS, it might be better to temporarily stop offering it on this platform. People use banking apps for smooth transactions, not just to check their balance. Having a problematic app is worse than having no app at all. Please address these issues as soon as possible.
