Fix Your iOS Banking App or Take It Down! *2024-10-15, version 7.0.2* I’ve been facing ongoing issues with the beneficiary account feature, particularly when transferring funds to another bank. The app seems to lack advanced features expected from a modern banking service. I’ve also noticed that when transferring money to bKash, the app closes automatically without showing any success message or confirmation. This forces me to log back in just to check my balance or transaction statement, which is very frustrating. This issue appears to happen only on the iOS version, as the Android version seems to work fine. If the app can’t be maintained properly on iOS, it might be better to temporarily stop offering it on this platform. People use banking apps for smooth transactions, not just to check their balance. Having a problematic app is worse than having no app at all.
