## What is PMOSense?

PMOSense is a cycle tracking app built specifically for people with PCOS, PMOS, and irregular cycles — where typical 28-day cycle apps often fall short.

Most cycle trackers assume your cycle is regular and predictable. PMOSense doesn't. It helps you understand your unique patterns using your logged body signs, cycle history, and fertility data.

WHAT YOU CAN TRACK

• Period start, end, and flow
• LH test strips with automatic camera-based result reading
• Basal body temperature (BBT)
• Cervical fluid
• Energy levels
• Mood and stress
• Symptoms and custom symptom tracking
• Daily notes
• Medications and supplements related to cycle health, fertility, and PCOS management

WHAT YOU GET

• Fertility window estimates that adapt to irregular cycles
• Ovulation insights using LH, BBT, and cervical fluid together
• Cycle predictions with realistic date ranges instead of a single fixed date
• Prediction reviews that compare previous predictions with actual cycle outcomes
• Recent cycle timeline showing your logged signs and cycle history
• Personalized cycle insights based on your logged data
• Mood, stress, symptom, and energy trend insights
• Identification of possible anovulatory cycles and irregular cycle patterns
• Medication and supplement reminders
• Doctor Report — a clear cycle summary you can share with your healthcare professional

BUILT FOR PCOS & IRREGULAR CYCLES

Whether you experience long cycles, short cycles, irregular periods, or cycles without ovulation, PMOSense is designed to work with real-world cycle variability instead of assuming a perfect 28-day cycle.

Confidence indicators help explain when predictions are based on strong patterns and when additional data may improve future insights.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT

Your data belongs to you. PMOSense does not sell your personal health information. You can manage, export, or delete your data at any time.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.4.0 — 2026-08-20

What's New in Version 2.4.0

  New: Skin Care tracking
PCOS often shows up in your skin — so now you can track it right alongside your cycle:
  - Log acne, oiliness and breakouts each day, and note where they show up
  - Build a reusable list of your skincare products and mark what you used, morning or evening
  - See your new Skin Condition Timeline to spot how your skin changes across your cycle
  - Get a gentle heads-up when your skin tends to flare before your period
  - Your Doctor Report now includes a Skin Condition section to share at appointments

Turn it on anytime in Profile → Skin Care. It's optional, and it pauses cleanly in Pregnancy Mode.

  A tidier daily log
Every card on the Log page can now be collapsed — just tap a header to fold away the ones you don't use. Your layout is remembered.

  Safer edits
Removing a custom symptom or medication now asks you to confirm first, and anything you'd already logged still shows up on those days — your history stays intact.

Plus small design refinements throughout. Thank you for tracking with PMOSense.

### 2.3.0 — 2026-08-04

What's New in 2.3.0

Pregnancy Mode

Expecting? You can now pause cycle tracking with a tap. While Pregnancy Mode is on, predictions, the fertile window and fertility reminders pause — and your Home, Insights and PMOSense Plus show your current week and estimated due date instead. You can still log symptoms, medications, energy and mood, and everything you've tracked stays safe, never
deleted. Turn it off whenever you're ready to pick cycle tracking back up.

Also in this update

     • Your cycle timeline now shows the whole cycle, however long it runs — made for the longer, irregular cycles that come with PCOS.
     • The symptom timeline now maps cleanly up to today.
     • Fixed a duplicate banner when opening a medication reminder.

Made with care.

### 2.2.1 — 2026-07-21

We've been polishing the little things that make your patterns easier to see.

  - Your symptom timeline, in full view — tap to expand it into a bigger, clearer chart and spot how your symptoms line up across recent cycles.
  - Smoother scrolling — the timeline now slides cleanly across longer cycles, so nothing gets in the way of the picture.
  - A friendlier fresh look — softer wording and new heart markers make your intimacy and fertility insights warmer and easier to read at a glance.
  - Behind-the-scenes fixes to keep everything running smoothly.

Thanks for tracking with us. Your feedback shapes every update.

### 2.2.0 — 2026-07-13

• Symptom timeline — A new chart on your Insights screen shows which symptoms tend to show up on which day of your cycle, pooled across recent cycles.
• Clearer period reminders — Notifications now read naturally when your period is due around now, instead of showing an awkward day range.
• Fixes & polish — Fixed a display issue where some cards could show the wrong background in Light mode, plus smaller refinements.

### 2.1.3 — 2026-07-08

Clearer fertility insights: your predicted window is now labelled an "estimated fertile window," and when intimacy lands on days with real fertile signs outside that estimate, PMOSense explains why — so your insights always match your Cycle Timeline.

Small fixes, more clarity. Thank you for tracking with us.
