I can practice on the bus, or waiting in a long line. I like that I can do the quiz/exam, or jump to the answer/explanation on review section. Also the huge high quality question base is brilliant. My studying pattern is that I practice Rita at home and practice this app on-the-go. Thank you very much and I passed the PMP last week. awesome! Highly recommend this app. ### 5/5 — (4P,1MP) Just passed the test *2016-05-21* I just took the PMP exam this week, and passed with 4 Proficient knowledge areas and 1 Moderately Proficient. This was after only seven weeks of preparation, so I actually came in ahead of schedule! It was a rather intense seven weeks, but I feel that it is definitely doable if you set your mind to it. I studied on average 3-4 hours per day (typically about spent little time on the PMBOK , then studying Rita Mulcahy’s PMP Exam Prep 8th Edition and then keep practice the exams with this app (mainly) and some online questions). This app’s exams are either 10, 20 or 200 questions. The 10 question exams cover a particular Knowledge Area. They are effective and this is what I like the most. The 200 question exams are more difficult because you have to sit on 4 hours and this app has no ‘pause’ feature provided to you, exactly the same as you are sitting in a real one. (stressfull).All exams include really good explanations of the answers. As I was taking the exam yesterday, I was surprised at just how closely the practice test questions mimicked those of the real exam. Not only was I surprised, but I was glad that I had depended so much on this app as a study tool. I am sure if you can handle the questions from this app then you should have no problem to pass the exam. Use this app as your definitive study guide and pass your PMP exam with flying colors. ### 4/5 — Good complement to the PMBOK 5 edition *2016-04-02* It contains practical scenarios and can be easily related to actual projects that are not found in PMBOK5 and Rita. Great app to introduce the type of judgement questions you are likely to see on the exam. It was very helpful preparing for the exam. I work the test cover to cover and recommend completing the as much as you can and really thinking about how the information is presented. It also uses some language from previous versions of the PMBOK5. I paired this app with the PMBOK5 that come out amazing great! ### 5/5 — I passes the pmp exam! *2016-04-01* This app has been used a study tool by many colleagues in our organization. It helped me a lot when studying for the PMP test. It is very detailed and the practice questions are very similar to the exam. I would like to try a 200 question mock exam from this app but hard to replicate the 4 hour exam. I prefer the 10 question quiz. On the other hand, I have Rita book and PMBOK for main study. The only minor improvement that I would like to see on this app is for the inclusion of a table or chart of the inputs/outputs. You will see why when you do some of the question from this app. This is the only part that I had to open the PMBOK book for more convenience. Overall, It is a good buy. ### 4/5 — This is a good study aid *2016-03-30* Good updated. This app REALLY made a difference in prepping for the exam because it resonated with the way I learn. Hardly find an updated PMP app that is dedicated for the exam after 11 Jan 2016 with this price.I love to be entertained and I do think learning Project Management can be fun and easy. This app's explanation section in layman terms, which helped me to learn the processes and understand the trick of the PMP. It works amazing with the PMBOK as well. Overall, I felt like this app reinforced my BASIC understanding of project management, and Rita's book filled in every detail needed for the exam. Easily passed the first try. 1 star is missing for font appear a bit small on iPhone 5. ### 5/5 — Wonderfully Made! *2015-07-04* I took the PMP after taking a prep course and was not thoroughly pleased with the results. The course cost me a lot, and the payoff wasn’t great. On the other hand, this app is at affordable price, detailed and a better alternative to the practicing environment. In fact, friend of mine who passed the PMP introduce this app to me and I’ve found this app particularly helpful while I’m travelling for work and cannot bring a PMBOK with me. The exam simulator is great way to assess your ability and is a boost of encouragement to keep on practicing a little every day. Also it contains many challenging questions.I highly recommend this app to anyone who did not find a good prep course to their liking or does not have the time to spend hours each day preparing for the exam. I primarily use this to squeeze in some practice questions throughout the day. Incredible question bank provided me with sufficient detail regarding the correctness of the question. Also the competitive price with more than thousands of high quality questions for me to practice on the go. I recommend it very highly…. ### 5/5 — PMP done! *2015-03-21, version 1.0* It's really a privilege to share my overall experience.  It was my first attempt and passed with 5 MPs. I must admit now that PMP certification (and related process) is completely different than the ones dealing with  technical topics and more to do with situations and project circumstances.   So watch out if you are from technical background. Anyway, It was great experience and now I’ll try to share my lessons learned . So below is my studying items: 
1) Rita book practice (70-80% first time and 90%+ on second)
 2) PMP Exam App and PMP ITTO App - got them installed in my IP so I can study on the go… their exam questions are so close to ‘Real’ and ITTO game is so amazing, thank you!

Some of their scenario questions are so close to real. I am a PMP now, thats what it matters. All the hard work ultimately did pay off. I believe my certificate is an asset to my company. Thankful! ### 5/5 — Thankful! *2014-12-06* I started preparing 6 months ago, but initially I was slow in preparation and also lot many family & job related responsibilities were there. I had read only two books Rita's PMP prep book and PMBOK v5. On my iPhone, I have both ‘PMP EXAM’ and ‘PMP ITTO GAME ‘installed so I can study & play on the go. This was my very first attempt and I wanted to control my expense on PMP materials but initially I purchased Rita’s book and both PMP apps. That was pretty risky that I didn’t attend to any courses and I always expect to have a second attempt right after Xmas. On the exam day, I got up early, prayed my God to take me through successfully. I reviewed all ITTO's & few important topics and notes that I made from PMBOK and PMP Exam. I must accept that this app is excellent for training. So over all the exam was not tough but at the same time was not easy. It require through preparation. I completed the exam with filling of last survey/opinion form and the screen became while blinking several times and… at last… when a message came out, I fell out of my chair. Today, my Senior Director walked in today and shook my hand and congratulated me for getting it, two of my senior managers asked me how one goes about getting it and in gerneral, everyone seems to know about it . So I decided to get myself up to here and write down a review on this amazing app.. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 2/5 — Is review as to my experience *2026-03-02* Lots of language mistakes like it’s been translated to English, but is off. Makes some questions confusing. ### 2/5 — Needs QA review. *2018-03-04* Just had the third instance of the question and then the question copied as one of the answers. Some questions day process twice instead of process and product. Lots of mistakes, with grammar, punctuation, putting the text of the questions as answers... I have screenshots of all of that. The questions provided are current and the explanations provided are thorough and comprehensive. The clarity of the explanations sets it apart from other similar apps. I successfully passed the exam this week, and I attribute my success in part to the quality of questions offered by this app. ### 4/5 — A gold mine of practice questions *2023-06-04, version 4.23* This is an accurate representation of the test material and question style of the 2023 pmp exam. However, the final result of this app does not analyze properly. I found that some questions should belongs to schedule management but it said cost management. Thats why I give it 4 stars. Other then that, everything is great and questions are up today. Thanks and I pass my pmp last week finally. At the end of the app, this one is worth to download :) ### 4/5 — Pass on March 12, 2021 (online exam) *2021-03-16* I completed the pmp through online exam . After I provided ID , took photos of the room in which I am taking exam, waited in queue then showed my exam desk to the proctor before I could access my exam. The exam is not that hard as I thought. I got around 5 to 6 calculation based questions and tons of agile. Waterfall questions and ITTOs around 60%. My difficulty is to sit for long without moving the face from the center of the camera. In my Detailed report . People and Process environment is in Target and Business is in above target . So you finished this app should be enough for you to PASS three domains without any problem. If the app could be able to publish all the questions in paper will have 5 stars. I am so glad I parted with a few dollars to purchase this app, and it has truly helped me shape my approach for preparing to climb this mountain. ### 4/5 — PASSING THE PMP *2016-07-16* This app is a great study aid for anyone prepping for the PMP. Definitely worth it. The Good - We all know n(n-1)/2 right? What does n represent? Are you sure? Look it up in PMBOK5 page 292 after you answer. Was that what you answered? This is NOT a collection of 'soft ball' questions. The questions are challenging and rooted in PMBOK5. Incorrect answers are presented with thier associated PMBOK citations. To me, this is crucial. It will change your approach to the using the PMBOK as a reference. More importantly, the app draws from a large database of questions so you are NOT going through the same questions over and over and remembering only answers. There are plenty of difficult situational questions to be found here whose answer is PMBOK based and, once again, cited. You can go through the questions in test mode or study mode. In study mode, you answer is evaluated immediately whereas in test mode you are graded at the end. The apps offers the option of 10 and 20 question quiz lengths or a 200 question test. Whichever you select, you are timed. The timer is configurable. For me, 10 & 20 question sprints worked best and I tried to consistently achieve 80's or higher. The Not-So-Good There are some misspellings. More than enough to be a distraction. There are a couple of times where the question itself is listed as one of the answers, always the C choice when this happens. Infrequent but wish it were corrected. I found a couple of questions where I did not agree with the answer given or which were just wrong. Very few of these but those should be corrected. For these reasons, I rated 4 stars instead of 5 The Bottom Line This app is great. I had been searching the net for free questions prior to downloading this app. There are many sites with lists of easy questions and a few with good lists but they are static lists. After downloading this app, I stopped searching and used this app exclusively for a week. I had been studying 5 hours a day for 6 weeks prior. This app exposed many gaps. I wish I downloaded it earlier. I highly recommend that you add this app to your study tool kit. Passing the PMP is not easy but not impossible either. The key is to not approach the test as a test of your ability to parrot back facts and lists. You need to know how everything works together, where to find things, how to get things done, where when and how to make changes and what to do when things change or don't go according to plan. I took the PMP on 7/16/2016 and passed on the first try. Good Luck! The answer is STAKEHOLDERS ### 4/5 — good prep. Source *2016-06-27, version 1.2* These questions are perfect for the test (which I have now passed). Granted, some of the math problems in this app were not on the test, it still provided me with enough hands on practice to whip through the math problems in less than 60 seconds. EVM and network diagram analysis are exceptionally written and easy to follow.v I would highly recommend buying this app and going through every single question of it. ### 4/5 — I give credit for my PMP certification to this amazing app *2016-06-16, version 1.2* I passed my PMP exam in first attempt today. I use this app and PMBOK only. No other material. Did some practice tests from PM Fast Track and some free providers. I would highly recommend this app along with PMBOK to prepare for PMP. The hints provided by the app is a must ’Study’! Well-done! ### 4/5 — A very good study aid *2016-06-01* I passed the PMP test last week- test was based on 5th edition of PMBOK. This app, Rita's eight edition book and PMBOK5 were my main study guide for the test - it provides great functional / business context for the PMI project management framework. The level of detail is great and it also lists study tips (for instance, it tells one what terms and formulas to memorize). I give this app four stars - because some of the questions are harder than the official exam. However, many other questions are pretty close to the real. I relied on other resources for practice questions and exams. A note to those taking the exam: don't rely on this app alone (or other study guide) to pass the test. My approach was to first read a chapter in Rita's book and PMBOK5 then the use this app as a training/practice material (yes, reading the PMBOK can be tedious, but it's essential to read it cover-to-cover - also know all the terms in the PMBOK glossary). I took this approach (instead of reading PMBOK first) because I needed to understand the greater context of the topic before diving into the PMBOK. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Passed my PMP - Aug 2023 *2023-08-20* I passed my PMP with Above Target and this app allowed me to keep studying while on the go! I recommend the Formula and TTO apps. ### 5/5 — Passed the PMP 2022 above target!! *2022-04-29, version 3.7* This App is great for giving the high level of the PMBOK material and includes agile. The practice test and mini quizzes give a great representation of how the real exam will be. I used this and the PMBOK study and passed above target. This app guides you through how to look at the questions and find the best answer with great explanation.Their practice questions felt similar to the actual PMP questions. (I guess they are braindumps..:)). I also used Rita Prep PMP practice tests and didn’t find those questions similar at all to the 2022 exam. This App Highly Recommended though! ### 5/5 — Great purchase of 2022 so far and I pass the exam this year *2022-04-24* I will credit this app for passing me on the PMP this year. I did purchase 4 others PMP apps but many questions they are offering are either too easy or unrealistic. okay, my background ,I have my masters in BA, attended a 35 hour boot camp in person, and took the test. I failed by a few questions. I purchased this app, do it over to over twice. I read roughly PMBOK6 a night and completed the quizzes. I took a week break inbetween and then did the 200 question read. I also memorized the ITTO for safety and formulas. I study the Agile as well and understand the different with waterfall …… Well, it isn’t easy to me. The bottom line is that the price of this app was only $6.99 when I purchased, but those questions are definitely worth more than that. I will hand the app off to my sister who is planning to take the test and I believe it will be as useful for her as it was for me. ### 5/5 — Passed on my 1st attempt in April 2021 *2021-05-11, version 3.5* I studied for 3 mos straight and passed my first attempt. MUST GET!!! *2021-03-02* I use this app once and took all the test in about 20 days leading up to the exam at the mid of Feb 2021. I passed the exam the first time with Above Target in all domains. If you understand the process no matter agile or waterfall and where things go, you can use logic to determine the correct answer to exam questions. The content of this app around Agile principles are relevant great. The answers and explanations are clear that help me to pass the exam. As other comments have said, About the content of PMBOK6, as other comments have said, questions are close to real. Thanks to this app and good luck to everyone with the new exam! ### 5/5 — I passed on my first try! 50% waterfall and 50% agile! *2021-02-24, version 3.2* Studied with this app for about 3 weeks and took the exam, passed on the first try. This app makes the concepts easy and focuses on everything you need to know. I found the practice test and chapter questions were much more challenging than the actual test, so by the time I took it the questions were a breeze. Many questions including waterfall and agile are close the real. One thing I found really helpful was how the app mentioned the question "As a project manager what would you do next?" comes up 80% of the time, but most prep books don't cover that scenario. ### 5/5 — Finally get a real PMBOK 6 app, awesome price and questions *2018-07-31* Passed the pmp last week on the second try and this app really helped me accomplish this task. I also studied with rita's book , headfirst and PMBOK 6. I like the exercises in the app and the visuals. I found the practice test in Rita's book to be harder than the actual test but this app was close. A few recommendations to anyone looking to take the test. -Realistically plan out how much time you'll devote to studying. I found myself hitting the studying wall about 4-5 hours in. Then nothing would 'stick'. -Give yourself a week before the test to review the entirety of the material. -In the preface, the authors give recommendations on how to study. Take these to heart I hope this review helps someone. Good luck! ### 5/5 — Pass before March 26! worked for me! *2018-03-20* I was holding the review until passing the exam, which I did yesterday. Honestly I found typos and grammar error, but I have to admit I found pretty of questions (brain dumps) inside this app are very close to the real plus the huge question database for me to practice . Thanks! How to I use this app? I recommend using practice mode with 20 questions to identify where you have gaps, and then reading Rita’s book and PMBOK guide for the topics that you miss. I preferred the practice with 20 questions test mode because I cannot stand for using my phone for almost an hour. Compared with other PMP apps this one stands out as a must have for anyone studying for PMP. I used this app combined with other study materials.
