As I try to register, it asks for my name, email and a password when I hit submit it states that I put an invalid phone number, but it does not ask for a phone number

Best Mentor Program for Preparing to Pass the PMP
I was not successful in passing on my first attempt, so finding a different strategy to study and preparing the second time was important. I was referred to Varun by a friend and like Varunβs teaching style so I purchased his mentorship program! He is an awesome mentor in so many ways. He breaks topics down really well and he puts you on a path to success. Itβs not an easy journey and you have to work hard. At times it may feel overwhelming but Varun helps you get past your own insecurities by believing in you and guiding you through the process. Just listen to what he tells you and implement it.
