## What is PMP's BFF?

The problem with most task and list managers that most of them emphasize graphics and good looks over functionality.   Kanban style block desktops and apps which require a lot of screen real estate to show individual tasks look really great but the information density is very poor and requires you to scroll all over to find the main thing you want out of a task manager which is ‘what are the most important things that I need to do today and in which order should I work on them’.

PMP'S BFF is a companion app for the Mac App PMP's Best Friend.  It is tailored for quick review and entry while the Mac program works better for lots of data entry and administrative tasks such as mass update, import/export, and save/restore.   With this app, you can:

     #     Quickly review top tasks on the list and easily make notes against them, mark them as done, and create follow on tasks

     #     Very fast entry of new apps with a single button to put default settings of the task into an inbox for further review and includes audio data entry

     #.    Connect with other iPhone, iPad, and Mac sessions and share data

All in all, a good companion piece to supplement the Mac version of this PIM.
