## Most critical reviews (9 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Just stick to the website

*2024-04-01*

App doesn’t work with current phones and hasn’t been updated for two years. Don’t bother downloading until a newer version is available.

### 1/5 — Doesnt work

*2024-01-14*

I was excited for the app because having to go to the website for a program like this is super frustrating—but the app doesn’t work. Every time I click on anything it shows an error and doesnt the links.

### 1/5 — So many errors

*2021-11-20*

Love the idea of the app but it’s kicked me out, I had to reset my password to even get back in and now it constantly says I have new notifications when there’s nothing new to show. Frustrating…

### 1/5 — iPad view is size of iPhone 6 screen

*2020-07-24, version 1.5.0*

Have been using app on an iPhone and just downloaded onto iPad. What’s reason that that the iPad display is same as iPhone 6 😳 ?

### 2/5 — Not great but ok

*2021-08-04*

Why does it send duplicate notifications. I get two of the same one at once. Just send one. Ux could be better.

### 3/5 — Could be better

*2025-10-15*

My online coach uses this app, and while it’s informative, I have two pieces of feedback

• too many sublayers to get to certain topics. needs a more straightforward, simpler, user-friendly platform

• there needs to be a dedicated tracker for workouts that a coach assigns to their client. There’s nowhere to make notes (such as weights, sets, reps, etc) in the workouts which is incredibly frustrating, especially for an app in 2025.

### 3/5 — Decent program, clunky app

*2021-02-03, version 1.10.0*

The program gives good options for support and connecting and the lessons are useful. The app is clunky though. The workout page never allows you to enter sets or weights, and after you finish it you still need to go to another spot to say you did it. Should be integrated, and allow the user more functionality to record info (like sets/weights), adjust exercise programs for injuries and move workout days easily in calendar form.

### 4/5 — Update stopped awarding Habit badges

*2020-04-20, version 1.1.0*

The last update took me by surprise - the content presentation changed before I updated the app itself. Since the update was released, marking a Habit with “yes” 5x/week does not earn badges - only an “x” appears in the habit circles. Are habit badges discontinued or are they just not working right since the latest update? I can’t find any other information about this feature for clarification.

### 5/5 — A New Approach

*2020-06-10*

I started doing this program very unsure about what I was getting into. I had dipped my toe into a habit based program but this is a game changer. I went into this not really believing I could do it, and now I find myself building new habits and an ever evolving routine.

I woke up one day and started thinking my coach was slow playing me into a new lifestyle that changed how I thought about the process and results. I can now say that I am more concerned about the process than I am the number on the scale. For the first time, in about my whole life, I believe I can accomplish my health and fitness goals. Not only do I recommend this program, I recommend my coach, Darryl Perry.
