Payment date. Due date. Total expenses. Transactions details. Kindly put all of it in one place. This interference is 10-15 years old. However the app generated text is not getting sent. I am stuck with the error 902. Please try again later.. very pathetic ### 1/5 — Very old fashioned and not user friendly app *2023-12-30* The app looks very old way designed, having very small places to touch and select not good for old people. For every small thing, it takes long time to response plus OTP needed for every thing gives very different. Feeling compare to users. Having HDFC your ICICI already. most amazing thing you cannot see the card which you have carry what kind of benefits and privileges that’s a beauty of Pnb. ### 1/5 — Pathetic Support *2023-12-25, version 3.1.2* Customer care has neither information nor resolution. Everytime asking to drop email, as a bank they have to mainain record of each transaction either successful or failure one. But surprisingly they only record success one. ;) ### 4/5 — Worst customer support *2023-11-14, version 3.1.2* I was trying to day to day but they couldn’t respond and if respond we sort the problem they couldn’t ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App stuck on a new card activate screen and not allowing to manage other existing cards *2026-06-21* I requested a Visa variant of my rupay card, but when I came to know that it will be chargeable, I decided not to activate it. But app is forcing me to activate the card and not allowing me to manage other cards. There is no option to skip and proceed. This is clearly a dark pattern and should face legal actions. ### 1/5 — Do not apply or try to get credit for PNB *2026-05-29* On of the worst and very time consuming bank to apply for credit card. I have applied for credit card through kiwi app and it almost a month now still it isn’t processed. After doing vkyc they said it will take 15 working days max but from almost a month there to update about application. Very pathetic service both call and email also. RBI should ban this type of bank immediately who doesn’t know how to give service to customers. Thos who are trying to gate credit card take my suggestion that gate any credit card other than pnb. Just the application process is very painful and pathetic that you can’t imagine after service. ### 1/5 — Available Limit cannot be seen *2025-10-02* 1)In the recent update. It only shows the total card limit . U cannot see the Available credit limit and the used limit in the front page. Previously it can be seen easily on the card image 2) In the login Pin Previously the Numbers were jumbled. So it was not easy to see the login Pin . Now the number pad opens and it’s not secure. ### 1/5 — Worst banking app *2025-09-04* It’s a bogus app. When you do payment from PNB bank itself …payment could not be completed even after money deducted from my PNB saving account. There is no message from PNB regarding my money back in PNB account. If you go to add your card in PNB account …it couldn’t add it….never get PNB credit card ….services are totally worst. I will suggest everybody never get PNB credit card even after if they pay you money for it…. ### 1/5 — Misleading information *2025-06-27, version 3.1.10* The agent calling on behalf of PNB bank , branch barasat titumir bus stand mislead me providing wrong information about the card ..when the card arrived it’s completely not what he has claimed about the card including the card limit. But I haven't been able to access the cvv number yet. Even after a year. I tried to get a physical card. But they won't give a physical card as well. I emailed them several times. Still nothing. Worst customer support in case of credit cards ### 1/5 — Hopeless App *2024-08-04, version 3.1.5* The App and web world have moved to a different level. But the technical teams at PNB seems to live comfortably in Dinosaur age. Large company, they can use resources to build a decent customer centric App with a decent UX. But these lazy asses have no regret and they will be like that always. Shame on you guys at technical team. ### 1/5 — Payment updation and customer care response *2024-08-01* I made credit card payment around 48 hours back and still it hasn’t reflected on credit card. When I tried to reach customer care, they said expected wait time is 11 minutes and after 25 minutes, the call has automatically disconnected.
