When I click any button, it just shows a spinning wheel like it's loading for a minute then goes back to the home page. I called the other day PNB branch support, she herself doesnt know whats causing the issue. Other than that, it doesn’t really offer much, which is disappointing for a banking app. Almost everything else a user wants to do - change contact info, view historical transactions, open an account - you still have to do in a physical banking center or have to email a form. The app is also unreliable. Sometimes it works, sometimes it just hangs.
