The staff is unresponsive. The customer care never works to satisfaction. The process to pre close is a pain in the. If u can, please avoid this bank. There is no Online payment system. No Relationship Manager to help U with.. Nothing!!! If a new user has to register, it ask for the DOB, but the year of birth option is only until 1990. Earlier I used to be able to login to this app and all of a sudden I am not able to , even after deleting and installing it back it doesn’t let me login via the app. I use the same id/password combination on the website and it works like a charm. Another problem with PnB is that they don’t display the rate change on the app/website and also doesn’t display the principal outstanding which is kind of gives an indication that they intentionally doesn’t want the customers to know about it . Na to proper error explanation hai, na solution. Customer hone ke baad bhi apna home loan detail dekhna possible nahi. App reinstall karo, update karo, data change karo — kuch bhi kaam nahi karta. Lagta hi nahi ke yeh kisi national-level finance company ka app hai. Customer care bhi sirf naam ka hai. Call karo to waiting, email karo to koi response nahi. Aaj ke time me jab sab kuch digital hai, yeh app bilkul failure hai. Is app se: • Loan statement access nahi hota • EMI detail nahi dikhti • Login system broken hai • Support zero hai PNB Housing jaise brand se itni low-quality app expected nahi thi. Jab tak backend aur login issues fix nahi hote, is app ko use karna time waste aur stress ke alawa kuch nahi. Strongly NOT recommended. In every two months without any reason they will increase the Interest rate.. Intentional delay in every operation so that they can get more interest.. No transparency in charges.. How can one miss these two basic info from the loan details.
