## What is PNB Mobile Money?

Welcome to your own personal Pike National Bank branch. Now, every waiting room, living room and restaurant can be your very own private Pike National Bank. Pike National Bank offers FREE mobile banking apps for the iPhone® and iPad®. We also offer an Internet banking experience enhanced for all other Internet enabled phones and devices. 

As a Pike National Bank Online Banking Customer you can use PNB Mobile Money App to:

Check account balances and transaction history

Real-time account access

View and pay your bills

Transfer funds between eligible accounts

Locate branches, ATMs, and phone numbers

In order to sign up for Mobile Money, after downloading the app, log into Internet Banking from any Internet Browser and select the options tab and then mobile settings.  Once complete the settings options and accept the terms of the Mobile Money Agreement, you can sign into our Mobile Money App using your Internet Banking user name and password.

It’s a good app but the only thing is 
   that I had to download it over again cause it wouldn’t let me check my balance..

Login does not operate consistently.  I have to keep changing my password, which I did at 4 today, but now it’s not working.

While the app is overall good, there is a problem with getting detailed review of your account transactions most of the time. When you click your account a pop up message appears after a long period of time stating that there was a problem accessing your account details and a numerical code concerning the problem. When you click on the ok button to acknowledge the message it logs you out of the app and you have to log in all over again. Very frustrating when you need to see debits and credits to your account.
