The recent update has turned what was once a smooth app into a frustrating, unstable mess. For a platform handling financial transactions, this level of instability is alarming. Critical issues: • The app freezes immediately after searching and selecting a payee. • Searching for a party name while initiating a transaction causes the entire process to hang — forcing repeated force closes. • Attempting to share a transaction screenshot crashes the app instantly. • Even the login screen becomes unresponsive, sometimes requiring multiple restarts before it works. This isn’t about minor UI glitches. These are core functional failures affecting payments and login — the most basic operations of a banking app. Business users rely on this app for time-sensitive transactions. When it freezes during payments or crashes while sharing proof, it damages productivity, credibility, and trust. It’s shocking that such a poorly tested update was released. Quality control clearly failed here. Fix this immediately.
