What a joke on online platform and services. Writing this review after 10th installation as I have failed to launch my online account for net banking and help my family in India. I thought having an NRE account would be easy and seamless with this bank. Regretting my decision to bank with PNB. Actually I have two sim and one of them is registered with PNB. If I am connecting Internet with other sim it doesn’t work. Reason is due to security issue, we can only use the registered sim’s internet for open the app and operations. This is the third class security system, even iam opening the app with my Face ID or finger print otherwise security pin then what is the requirement of your sim verification. I have hdfc, SBI and canara app in mobile. Says need to go to branch to change. How can a NRI go to branch in India? No option to update personal info from app and request a debit card which is expiring and is asking for TPIN which I cannot update. We are able to modify the details and are asked to enter the otp at the time of submission. Once it is submitted, fatal error occurs.
