You should be able to do all maintenance from same area. The transfer options are on the bottom and it isn’t really intuitive. The old layout where most of it was together was better. Click don’t allow, and then type another digit and it asks you again. Now, two months later all of those Zelle recipients have been deleted by PNC Bank. This will cause me a tremendous amount of time to track down the contact information for all of my Zelle recipients. I didn’t have access to my accounts or money from the ATM for weeks. Changing passwords didn’t work for weeks as well. I was fortunate to have patient and attentive staff when I went inside the bank to try to access my accounts and money. However, I still couldn’t access my accounts without having to go inside the bank and have someone help me.
