Healthub allows you to view, track, and adjust the nutrition plan that PNOĒ’s registered dietitians have crafted based on your nutrition habits, restrictions, and metabolic profile. The app enables you to find alternative recipes and food items based on your preferences and automatically adjust them to your macronutrient and calorie targets. It makes it easy to discover tasty and healthy options through a variety of 1000+ recipes supporting every dietary restriction and style. By connecting your wearable, you can track your activity and monitor exercise and nutrition all from one place. Healthub also features your metabolic reports generated after your PNOĒ metabolic test and gives you access to the wealth of information PNOĒ’s knowledge center offers regarding nutrition, metabolic health, and longevity.

PNOĒ chat assistant: Our new chat feature will allow you to ask general questions about training and nutrition or questions related to our services and reports.

New Nutrition Questionnaire: The questionnaire that is required to be completed after a diet plan request has been submitted is now available on the diet plan tab of the Healthub app.

New meal item cards: The meal item cards in your diet plan have been updated. Also, whenever a meal item is edited or alternated, there will be an indication on the card.

Push notifications: You now have the ability to receive notifications related to your activity and nutrition logging.
