As both a user and business owner, I’ve been genuinely impressed with the PNOĒ Precision app. It’s intuitive, beautifully designed, and makes complex metabolic insights feel actionable and easy to understand. Clean UI, solid tech, and incredibly useful on both sides of the experience—can’t recommend it enough.

App crashes. Will not load library of recipes, company failed to provide all services promised, no support other than chat bot, no contact information for support, and good luck finding company support online. After digging I found a number on BBB complaint. Left voicemail over a month ago. Facebook has a phone number. Text delivered with no response. Facebook messenger did provide response and request for email registered with company, no response after details provided.

My trainer uses it. Machine doesn’t work half the time and when my weight changes and we retest, there’s no way to change your weight so we have to make a new user. What a waste of time.

I paid for the full package; Resting and Active tests along with the 3 month meal plan and weight loss program. I was promised a follow up in 2-3 days to go over results and choose the best options for success. After multiple emails and over a month had passed, someone finally contacted me but offered nothing. No success plan, no discussion about recipes or preferences (the initial questionnaire was vague). They said changes had to be made within a week. So, I’m stuck with the same 5 recipes on repeat for 3 months. I was told to make changes myself but the options are horrible (such as fast food). The calorie calculation doesn’t even match after a change is made. I am still struggling and feeling absolutely disappointed. Total waste of money!

PNOE has been a game-changer for my business. We have been using it to conduct metabolic and VO2max testing, and our clients are loving it. It's a great tool to very easily show them where they have deficiencies and track their progress over time. We also use it as a means for upselling diet plans and other services we have in our business.

This app is completely useless. I paid for 2 PNOE tests and downloaded the app—my test results are inaccessible via the app (error messages) and the “nutrition report” has been pending for over a month now. There is no support via the app other than an AI bot, and the app support directs you to the website, where there is also no support. Not sure why this app is allowed in the store since it literally does nothing.
