It took a couple of tries to get a good image, but this was understandable, with a somewhat shaky operator. Too many “attempts to login”. It wasn’t more than five tries! The only option is for it to send a code to your phone but the phone number I have associated is the home phone and does not do text. There is no other option to send it to email or anything else. I need to be able to know that when I need to deposit my checks- that they’ll be able to be accepted on the mobile app. I want to see more money put into the mobile app. Especially during a pandemic. It’s worked great for years but unreliable access via app the past month. ### 3/5 — An issue I have *2020-08-16, version 6.4.1.31* The app is pretty decent but I have an issue. My wallet was stolen so I went to the app and tried to freeze my card or account but they didn’t have that option. I then went to the website and again they didn’t have the option to freeze the account or card so I called customer service. They have an option to freeze/cancel the card but you need to have the card number and other card information to do so. How am I supposed to do that if I don’t have the card. I feel this is a big issue because their customer service isn’t available on the weekend so I need to wait until Monday to speak with someone to do so. So now my money and account is vulnerable to whoever took it.
