Write to support when you have an issue, be patient, verify your account to start off, read their policies, & trade AT YOUR OWN RISK. It’s trading we are talking about, if you deposit 100 dollars, execute 100 dollars then your market execution fails to profit within the timeframe…well you have no choice but to accept it. Before using Pocket Option, I never thought that I could trade binary at all! I seriously thought there was no way I’d figure it out. Wouldn’t it be easier if it was the same? Specifically the moving averages indicators and the limits that exist for a value of the indicators. I won’t give it 5 stars unless I can see that improvement. As long as you’re not dependent on a ton of indicators, the app and desktop versions work extremely similar. Deposits take about 15-45 min for me and withdrawals honestly vary- sometimes can take a few hours and a few days. I noticed that sometimes my trades will enter far above or far below where the market is at when I put in the trade. I have also noticed that there are times when the trades should clear (profit) and they don’t. I have literally watched the trade in profit at .01 seconds and close without the profit posting. I believe this is one of the main reasons why my account is growing as it should. First off, it easy to read on the phone (I only use this in my phone) so I am able to read the market clearly to put in a buy or a sell. Only thing that is missing is a Roll Over options like other brokers. Hence why I took off a point. As for the funding, it is affordable for those who want to ease into the market and learn to grow their finances. Overall, this is a solid broker to start out with and learn as you go. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — WARNING SCAMMERS DO NOT DEPOSIT *2022-09-09, version 1.236* If something is too good to be true it usually is. Pocket option will lock your money inside if you deposit they make you think like they want you to win and they will let you withdraw once or twice to convince you. But if you start making money everyday they will prolong the withdrawals and make you go through a whole verification process that’s more annoying than you could imagine. Just to then still pass you and keep your funds locked up. If you write support too much about your funds not getting to you on time they will block you from writing support and say it’s inappropriate behavior or harassment. Then your screwed cause once your locked out of support you can’t write anyone for help in the general chats so no moderators can assist. And any time you go to withdrawal even if your verified it will just tell you you need to upload documents to verify you and when you click it it takes you to a log in page of pocket option that has an incorrect url and the owner has locked you from going inside. So you will just be in limbo starting at your money but not be able to get it out or reach any support. Don’t bother emailing either or going through their social media that’s all bots and they won’t help either. Pocket option is a huge scam. Not even their phone number works, theirs no info on anyone who works their, and their on some island i never heard of too. Don’t waste your money!! You been warned! ### 1/5 — Worst trading platform ever *2022-08-19, version 1.233* The timing of your trades is off one or two minutes , It’s glitch’s you out of your position and when you exit out the app and reopen it . It doesn’t show your position . Also when you trade and let’s your interest rate go down from 80% to 40% through your hade position your trade when it was at a interest of 80% it will literally take half your profits . This is a big waste of time and money I will not ever use pocket option again it a embarrassment to every other trading platform . ### 1/5 — TRADER BEWARE!!!!!! *2022-03-08, version 1.140* This system either has a high hacking rate or they stilling money because the curser keeps jumping and holds down in a winning trade in the opposite direction at times when it knows it’s about to loose the trade to keep the reader from capitalizing on a winning trade just because it doesn’t want to pay out. I believe this system has a mirroring affect on our trades just as if apple Iphone providers can mirror in on a call to share screen they have the ability to watch and control the direction of a trade as well. Trader Beware !!!!! You may make a few coins with this but you won’t get rich… they won’t allow it… This system is created to still your funds period ### 1/5 — Slow customer service *2022-02-23, version 1.140* Would not recommend at all!!! I accidentally set my nickname (ungoverned) on my profile and I tried to contact customer service multiple time, followed their instructions to verify and change my profile into the correct name and continue with my options, but all they did was replied with “please close the ticket”. No real time customer service was available the last time I used the app or the website. ### 1/5 — BUGS - Feb 15, 2022 *2022-02-15, version 1.140* When you switch a trade for example like going from apple to USD/EUR your percentage should be different I was in the same stock but when I switched it stayed the same. If I want to switch to a different stock I have to CLOSE THE APPLICATION and Open it again. Let’s say you See 2 Currencies that are the same (80%) But the one your own just went from 80% to 78%. If you wanted to switch to 1 that was 80% the payout wouldn’t change so I’m still at the 78% after trying to switch to a better. That’s what I’m basically saying overall I’d have to close app for it 2 update. I’m not so confident using this app because of these little glitches. If you gone make something do it right and check constantly. I Expect PO Trade to be TOP FOREX ### 1/5 — Do NOT TRUST THIS BROKER *2022-01-05, version 1.140* when i put in my money in there and then after literally one day and i swear on my god after 1anymore with 5second expiration time and when i contacted customer support and they say that i unfortunately can’t trade on 5sec time frame ever again and u know why jus becoz i made some money on the first day .so if u made money on the first day they are gonna take that away from you they want u to trade on OTC market coz thats how they are gonna make money and guess what u can trade on 5 sec expiration in OTC but not real markets after a 2or 3days of trading so u better be careful ### 1/5 — Scam do not use this! *2021-09-05, version 1.60* There’s people watching the trades no way this is random the market reacts opposite to your trades the second I put in an up trade it jumps down it doesn’t even hide it, moves the opposite direction the second a click and when your I’m profit for a big trade it magically swings out of profit seconds before the time runs out then corrects itself or it stays right under your profit line until time runs out there’s no way this is just A coincidence. I thought I was just bad but All the top traders aren’t even in profit on here the #1 trader total profit is thousands of dollars in the negative they just take your money on here it’s also fishy when the Minimum you can deposit is 50 but the withdrawal minimum is 120 it’s my money! Why do I need to have more money to take my original money out? It’s because they want you to try and trade so they can take your money. ### 1/5 — Not good on phone *2021-05-31, version 1.49* (People on a budget)Depending on the phone you. You probably will not be able to edit or put your strategies. I have a iPhone 8 I can edit my strategies but on my 8plus the app doesn’t let you put any strategies. I tested it also on a Mac computer and a chrome labtop as well. Mac computer is okay you just have to go on the Safari not the app and on chrome you have to into the internet settings and some how try and make it fit on your screen. In all if your on a budget better off doing it on a internet computer or going to the Safari on your phone.. your going to be more stress out about the app more than placing a bet ### 1/5 — Got mega bugs!!!!!! *2021-05-13, version 1.49* This app freezes on my Best Buy’s!!!!!! It glitches Nd purposely makes me lose my money by merely a cent off if not less multiple times! I’ve lost allllll my money Nd gained NONE!!!!! Every time I bet big it takes my money! But with small trades I win! I honestly feel robbed or scammed by this app honestly Nd I’m sure I’m not the only person who had high hopes Nd actually know what they are doing but continue to lose money!!! The computer is predicting these outcomes through algorithmic probabilities. And I can’t contact any support because I need to be a “newbie” level to do that. And how do you become a newbie you may ask? BY DEPOSITING MONEY . And how do you do that you may ask again? Among the indicators I use Ichimoku. I am satisfied with it, but it could have been better.
