Logging in is so hard. No autofill. No password auto generate. Guest ordering not supported. Just a horrible experience. Fix your app. I like your menu pictures though.

You pick the location, then pick what you want, then put your card info, hit submit then it tells you that you can’t checkout at this location. It’s been months since the other reviews yet they don’t fix it.

Went online placed a pickup order…. Completed everything including payment info… then it said pickup order not available for this location🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Downloaded app and went through all process again… to my surprise same message. I hadn’t ordered from poach because of a bad experience and now this again🤷🏻‍♂️ Never going there again, there are so many more restaurants out there, I hate wasting time! I am so irritated I had to write this, which I never do😡

Tue interface is nice but I am unable to complete an order on the app. Super frustrating.  If you try to order something on the app, it makes you get all the way to the end, after you have put all your credit card info and ready to submit the order before it tells you that the location doesn’t accept guest orders. Why does it it give you that option then?

And, if you try to create a login, it tell you that the phone number already exists. So, then you try to reset your password and it tells you that your email doesn’t exist. I tried every email I have and it goes through the same endless loop. It must have old information cashe’d somewhere. 

And to top it, the restaurant doesn’t take phone orders to go so you have to use the app!
