It takes too long to load, it always freezes, and I hate the fact that I need to go to a separate page to view everything and measure my heart rate. It takes too long. ### 2/5 — It’s so glitchy *2026-05-05* I love my ring and the app has so much potential. However, my main issue is connectivity. Every time I open the app there is a popup that says “network request failed”consistently before syncing and just keeps popping up as I navigate the app, it’s so frustrating. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, unbinding and then rebinding the ring, and still same popup. I really hope the bugs get fixed because I’m beginning to regret my purchase. ### 2/5 — Ring Will Not Stay Connected *2026-03-29, version 1.1.38* Did the upgrade and ring will not stay connected. Also the instructions to restart the ring, press the button, there is no button on my charger. It's all it does. It will not allow me to view data. App does not work anymore. This feature should be able to be turned off. Not all women have a period. Also, because I’m on birth control right now, I only get my period every 90 days, which isn’t even an option on the app. ### 4/5 — Only 1 thing missing *2025-09-21* I love the look, feel and durability of this ring. It’s very accurate ( I am a nurse and have compared readings with pulse-ox at work) the only thing that would make it perfect is if you offered blood pressure and body temperature readings. Sometimes my job requires for me to be sitting for long periods of time & to be reading. This leads to my ring thinking I’m sleeping. Sometimes I remember to take the ring off, but most of the time I forget, because the whole purpose of the ring is to wear it & forget it. So if I could just edit out the periods where it either thinks I’m in REM sleep & I’m wide awake reading, or it adds large swaths of ‘awake’ time in between tiny amounts of sleeping to what was my previous night’s sleep, that would be amazing. ### 3/5 — You get what you pay for *2026-03-01* This ring helps but the app itself isn’t the best- for me the app freezes all the time and impossible to look back at the tracking. Unfortunately, the app still needs quite a bit of improvement. It frequently freezes, making it impossible to view or access your health data until it starts working again. The concept and overall functionality have a lot of potential, and I can see the vision behind it. With continued development and improved stability, I believe the app could become an excellent companion to an already impressive ring. Right now, the hardware outshines the software. ### 2/5 — Pointless *2026-06-14* I loved this for the first couple of months. Then you updated it and I haven’t been able to use it ever since.
