The volume of the headset (not the phone) cannot be changed. It is set very high and every time you turn it on or press Siri, it hurts your ear. 
And it does not connect automatically either. You have to force it from Bluetooth. 
Reported to Poc so they can do something about it.

Bought this very expensive headphone helmet only finding the app does not connect after trying every method. The headphone does connect to Bluetooth directly and play music but does not connect to the app to use the full function of the mesh connection. Clearly this is a software problem. Have you test this app before release? Why does both last generation and this generation have the same problem? Please provide an update with a working version
