The app won’t even open! I can’t clock in and out unless I use the other caregivers phone!!! I can’t do anything about it!! And this is the only app my company uses!!!

I’m forced to use this app for one of my jobs and it’s been okay, but over all I don’t like it.

Some mornings I go to clock in and the system can’t find a connection and I have to wait 6 minutes for it to start working again. Which is weird to me. 
Then other times, the entire app just force quits which makes me late for my clock in/ clock out! Very frustrating and a really big inconvenience.

The app always has issues. And now I lose so many hours on my check cause it doesn’t let me edit my punches anymore and the office says they can’t fix the issue. So overall I’m working for free. It barley lets me clock in or clock out. It constantly loads. My schedule barley shows up. My opinion the app needs so major work done.

On February 5, 2024, I was not able to get service on my iPhone at my clients home! This happens quite often!
When this happens, I call in on the Telaphony System! 
On this day, when the system asked for m clients service code, I entered the data that was on his task sheet, however, this data was not correct!!
When I went to class out on the POC EVV, the system showed that I had not clocked in, which I did but through the telephony dial in from my clients landline phone!
I went to edit the punches and it did not bring up his schedule! I worked that day for him from 9am till 1pm and it is still showing 0 hours for the 4 hour shift that I worked that day!
What do I need to do to correct this???

The app is designed to attract as many organizations in healthcare as possible. This means that the app is very generic. Many of the screens do not apply to my company’s requirements. The app is not at all user-friendly and needs a serious overhaul.

This app is garbage. They need to rebuild it from the ground up. I can see why it hasn’t been dropped for a better one. Buttons are too small and too close together. Once you hit the wrong button, there is no way to go back and fix the mistake. The app is just a joke. It will let you clock off without clocking on. If your company is thinking of getting this for your employees, move on. Your company doesn’t deserve you as an employee.
