## What is POCASIO House Building Manager?

Welcome to POCASIO, your project management for house construction and renovation - developed by builders for builders. Whether you're in the process of planning your house construction or renovating an existing home POCASIO helps you plan and manage every phase of your project efficiently.

DASHBOARD
Immediately after logging in you can see all the important information about your house construction or renovation project at a glance. Information on the planned and actual construction costs as well as your current remaining budget enable you to make a statement about your house construction costs at a glance. You can also see which activities are pending on your construction site and which to-dos are currently open. 

HOUSE BUILDING COSTS
Enter planned costs and add the actual costs later as soon as they are known. POCASIO automatically calculates all differences and informs you if your available budget is exceeded. This means you won't only recognize additional costs when your wallet is empty as you can react early enough to avoid expensive additional financing. You can also see at a glance which payments you have already made and which are still outstanding. 

BUDGET PLANNING
POCASIO gives you complete control over your budget and all the key performance indicators (KPIs) for your home construction or renovation project. You can see your total budget, planned and actual costs and your remaining budget at a glance. Manage various money types such as bank loans, equity or building society savings contracts. Each money type shows you how much of the sum is currently being used for planned costs and how much of the available credit line is still available.

Es soll ein Zahlencode eingegeben werden (Tastatur lässt nur Zahlen zu) der Code den ich aber bekomme besteht aus Buchstaben. Auch wenn ich die Buchstaben rein kopiere geht es nicht.

Hat jemand eine Idee für mich?

das registrieren über die Website hat funktioniert. Über die App selbst kam immer ein falscher Code.

Wir nutzen die Anwendung schon lange, jetzt endlich als App verfügbar und ein echter Gamechanger bei dem ganzen Hausbau.
Wir konnten zusammen die Mängel dokumentieren und managen und die Familie über das Bautagebuch alle up to Date halten.
